The moment we drove up to the hotel, we could tell that the property was well maintained. Upon entering the hotel we were more impressed. Common areas were very clean and very well maintained. I wish I would have gotten the name of the person who registered us when we checked in during the afternoon of March 28. She was friendly, efficient and professional. We were treated like valued and important customers. I would like to thank her for her excellent customer service. Our room was very clean, very comfortable and well appointed. Beds were comfortable, the heating/cooling system was quiet and worked well. Over the years our family has travelled a fair amount, and this room was excellent - and excellent value for our dollar. The pool area was larger than we expected and was again, very clean and well maintained. It is important to note that all staff we encountered in the hotel were incredibly polite, professional and personable. Cleaning staff we encountered were so nice and made us feel welcome at comfortable. Hat’s off to the gentleman who told me he assisted the person who ran the breakfast. The breakfast area was always spotless and well stocked, no matter how busy it was. He is a very polite person. Our thanks to the person in charge of breakfast and for running such a clean, high quality meal. We have eaten at many hotels, and this experience was exceptional. During our years of travel, I have made sure to let hotel staff/management know when things are not good. It is maybe more important to let hotels know when we have positive experiences.
