Very well-kept building with an excellent French restaurant below, we tried it 3 times. Walking distance to many restaurants, shopping and the wonderful beach. Our studio was clean, modern and had all the amenities we needed, even slipper:). Amaury and his brother were very kind, friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay at Sunshine SXM Studios!

Superbe logement plein de charme en plein coeur de Grand case, nous venons de passer une semaine merveilleuse dans un des studios sunshine, entre le confort de la literie, la cuisine tout équipée, la beauté des lieux et la gentillesse des propriétaires, tout était parfait.

Excellent séjour sur Grand Case, le boutic hotel est idéalement situé, en plein centre du village, le studio est moderne, tout équipé et insonorisé et très bien entretenu, ca semble tout neuf, nous n avons pas utilisé la cuisine mais il y a tout le nécessaire pour préparer les repas, la literie est confortable, merci pour cet excellent séjour et felicitations aux propriétaires car leur restaurant Bistrot caraïbes est excellent également

Charmants petits studios, parfaitement aménagés, idéalement situés. nombreuses commodités mises à disposition comme une machine à laver et un sèche-linge, du matériel pour la plage, sans compter sur l'amabilité de tout le personnel rencontré et surtout d'Amaury et son frère qui nous ont, presque forcé à stocker notre scooter dans la cour pour plus de commodités. A noter l'excellente qualité du restaurant au dessous des appartements le Bistro Caraïbe.

De retour sur Saint Martin, nous sommes retournés dans les logements d'Amaury et Thibault, très confortable et insonorisé, leurs studios sont en plein centre donc au coeur de tout ce que Grand Case a à offrir, plage, bars, restaurants, boutiques et épiceries, nous louons une voiture car nous aimons faire différentes plages mais ce n'est pas indispensable car il y a tout sur Grand Case

We had a PERFECT experience! The place was impeccable! Super clean, stylish and very comfortable! We had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. We enjoyed privacy, safety, and proximity to the beach. The owners were very responsive, friendly and helpful.

This is a very well kept building with a great French restaurant below. Our superior studio had all the amenities we needed, well organized and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on our private patio overlooking the main street for our morning coffee, lunches and dinners. It is in the heart of Grand Case within easy walking distance to all the restaurant's, barbeque places, shops and the beach is only steps away. The studio is well insulated, quiet and with the window shutters in place, provided us with the ability to sleep in if we chose to do so. Although parking is very scarce and our vehicle was vandalized when parked on a side street, we felt extremely secure in our studio . Our hosts were very kind, gracious and helpful with all of our queries, we thank them and would not hesitate in booking with them upon our planned return..

This is in a great location and has nice outdoor space. It is easy within walking distance to many restaurants and bars and the beach is less than 30 yards away. The units are very clean and modern and well equipped. The weekly house keeping staff do a great job. The landlord is extremely accommodating immediately responding to and requests.

The property is right in the center of Grand Case and close to all restaurants and bars, the studio has been completely remodeled, it was well-soundproofed, clean and modern with everything you need, the outdoor courtyard was pleasant with seating for an aperitif before heading to restaurants, the owners were professional and very friendly, they also own a restaurant below called Bistrot Caraibes, i will be back and stay here again and eat their famous lobster thermador
