Absolutely horrible there no time when pool closes which is 8 pm really , very outdated. Was charged more Cause i was using a debit card not credit card tried to cancel , but don’t allow for that even though there advertisement are incorrect, very displeased.bathroom so many things about this hotel are not right !!!!

If we could rate it below 1 we would. Totally unacceptable. Terrible condition, sub par room. Extremely outdated. But most importantly there was a fresh blood smear on the bottom corner of the sheets. And worse than that a shiny little pile of poop on the closet floor. We were given a refund/cancellation. But had to find a hotel at the last minute at a much higher price. And move our things.,Barely made the funeral we were there for. Unbelievable experience.

This hotel is old and tired, in desperate need of a major renovation. Room was small and beat up. Our room was on the first floor next to the side entrance so smokers would congregate right outside our window and chat late into the evening. Only a sidewalk separated the hotel walls from the parking lot so it was quite noisy. Continental breakfast was very weak in the offering. No elevator. Every step taken by the people in the room above us sounded like they were going to crash through the ceiling. Location was good, very close to I-75 and two doors down from a Culvers. Got a surprise on the bill as they charged us $2 for use of the room safe, which was not disclosed and no signs indicating this charge applies to all. Only picked this hotel for location and price but that turned out to be a mistake. We do not recommend.
