Located in the north of Mauritius, the hotel is relatively small and does not belong to the size of a resort hotel. The only feature is the swimming pool on the rooftop. The restaurant is also on the rooftop, where you can enjoy the sea view and sunset.

The hotel is in need of a makeover, some of the fittings a little outdated. The pool is little more than a plunge pool though the setting is superb. The breakfast is average, so much so that whilst my wife went for breakfast most days I stayed in the room and just had yoghurts. The minibar doesn’t work and nothing is cold in it. There’s no room service menu though they allow outside deliveries for guests. That’s all the bad points. Now for the good points.
The rooftop bar is relaxed and atmospheric, the sunsets there are sensational and the cocktails are superb. The service from the staff was incredible. Always helpful and informative and willing to go the extra mile to make you welcome and that makes up for the shortcomings of the actual building itself.
Also the location close to Perrybere beach and a short taxi ride to Grand Baie is pretty good too, though it’s a long taxi ride from the airport.

The stay at this Hotel was amazing. Vikesh and Michael where the two managers and upgraded our rooms because we had a small problem with our original room. the wait staff where amazing Raj,Shanish and Minesh kept me well hydrated. Ryan and Lenado where our fantastic waitors. They have a brilliant chef Adhil that served 5 star and Michelin quality food. i would recommend this hotel to any travllers. it is a short distance from Grand Baie central that you can catch a taxi or take a walk too. the nicer beaches are also a short drive away.there are a few average beaches within walking distance

Coll W.end with Friends at Ocean V very Friendly with the personal and Manager spend good experiences with all the the personals , very good environment and cosy Beautiful views , Spacious room , good services, good and delicious foods and lots of punch and alcohol drink. I had a great stay at the hotel with my friends! The lamb was delicious, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The infinity pool was small, but we still had a good time. The atmosphere was nice, and the service was great. We enjoyed relaxing, having good food, and spending time together. The hotel was well-maintained, and everything felt comfortable. We had a lot of fun. I would definitely visit again and recommend it to anyone looking for a nice and affordable place.

I came here for my Bachelorette with my friends and we had a blast! Our welcome was amazing and warm. Dev was very helpful. The bed was so comfy and the pillows were sooo heavenly. Food was top notch! Thank youuuuuu. We were well taken care of. Thanks
