The villas are still just as good, however the service has dropped enormously in quality. We came in November 2018 and we were satisfied in every way. The 2021 stay is very different in terms of services. The value for money is no longer there. First of all you have to pay for your toilet paper. The 1st roll is free. Imagine my surprise in the evening when returning from excursions when there is no more paper and obviously no one warns you. The reception and the manager tell you that there have been some restructurings during covid and that the paper is extra. They sell in packs for 450 rps (shampoo, soap, etc.). At the price of the night I find it unacceptable not to bring a pq. Then you have to regularly ask for towels for the pool/beaches because you only have 1 piece for the shower. I had to request several repairs to get the cleaning done. Normally it should be done in the morning but at 4:00 p.m. still not done. Otherwise, the cleaning is done very well by the nice ladies. At the start of our stay we had the gardeners come and cut the grass, we had the swimming pool which was filled with it. They removed the biggest one but there was quite a bit left. I asked several times that they could bring the pool specialist but we had to wait several days because he only comes once a week. By insisting, someone came to remove the excess with their landing net (because there was no landing net in the villa otherwise we would have done it ourselves) but it still wasn't great. So in summary, the villas are still nice (the furniture is starting to wear out like the sofa) but the price of the villa with the hotel service is no longer worth it. Unfortunately, I no longer recommend these villas, which are too expensive for what I know.
