Royal Palm Beachcomber Luxury

Our experience at the Royal Palm was really perfect. The service is extraordinary, from the welcome at the check-in to the restaurants and beach service, as well as the housekeeping. This level of attention to detail is rarely seen. All the staff are perfectly groomed and offer impeccable service. As we were celebrating our wedding anniversary they prepared some lovely surprises for us and we were made to feel really special.

My wife and I visited Mauritius in July 2025 for our honeymoon. After originally booking another hotel on the island we arrived and it was awful, the less said about that the better! We decided we needed to move quickly. We called Royal Palm who confirmed they had availability and were able to arrange a room for us the same day and for the following 8 nights and it was the best decision we ever made! We arrived and were greeted with a beautiful bouquet of flowers and were told the hotel staff were arranging for a special room for us given they knew it was our honeymoon (very impressive considering they only had one hours notice!). They arranged the most beautiful ocean-view suite and went above and beyond to help us celebrate our honeymoon and make us feel special. Throughout our stay we were blown away by the quality of the food and the quality and attentiveness of the staff. Every night my wife and I would go to the bar before dinner and they would remember our names, remember our drinks preference and the Chef would come and greet us at the table each night to ask if we had any special requests. I would like to give a particular shout out to Akash who was overwhelmingly attentive and kind throughout our stay (but you could say this about any staff member at Royal Palm). Each morning, a beach attendant would wait for us to walk to breakfast and take my wife's bag and place it on the sunbeds they had reserved for us throughout the week and then place my wife's sunbed at a particular angle adjacent to the sun which was hugely appreciated and kind. Overall it is one of the best hotel experiences we have had worldwide and we would have no hesitation in recommending the hotel to family, friends or business acquaintances. We will definitely be back to experience the Royal Palm again. The experience they created was truly sensational and unforgettable. THANK YOU!

We spent a fantastic few days at the Royal Palm after being disappointed by another hotel. The service was outstanding, the best we’ve ever received, and we travel frequently. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt incredibly looked after. We had breakfast served on our terrace overlooking the sea every morning, and made use of the complimentary watersports. My wife loved her massage too. We ended up extending our stay and definitely plan to go back when we can. Thanks again!!!
