Rarement j'ai été dans un hôtel avec un tel niveau d'excellence , tout y était parfait de l'accueil personnalisé avec des fleurs, l'enregistrement des clients, le personnel de tout l'établissement que ce soit au Bar, plage restaurant, personnel de chambre, tous étaient adorables et reconnaissants. Vraiment le TOP avec de grande majuscule

J’ai récemment déjeuné au restaurant de la plage de l’Hôtel Royal Palm, et je dois dire qu’il est difficile de trouver un endroit qui rivalise avec cette perfection. Parmi tous les lieux que je fréquente à travers le monde, le Royal Palm se démarque par son service irréprochable, son accueil chaleureux, sa beauté incomparable et une expérience culinaire exceptionnelle. C’est sans aucun doute mon préféré. L’après-midi a été tout simplement majestueuse, une véritable parenthèse de sérénité et de luxe. Une expérience que je recommande vivement !

Royal Palm is by far the best resort in Mauritius. I have been fortunate enough to stay at some good resorts in Mauritius but if you want a piece of quiet paradise then you have to book at Royal Palm. The beach is exceptional, the food is of the highest standard, the rooms, the gym, the kids club - everything is at the highest and most pleasurable standard. Patrice the GM and Akshada made/ make every guest, including my children, feel so comfortable and nothing is too much of an ask. If you want to spoil yourself, this is the place!

Gerne 6 Punkte mit Stern. Nothing more to say than: Paradise! Lage, Strand, Service, der uneingeschränkt tolle und freundliche Staff, vom Concierge über KellnerInnen bis Beach Team - das ist schon Klasse. Hat natürlich auch seinen Preis! Wir haben es genossen, auch bei der Rechnung keinen Schreck bekommen und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen! Das letzte Dinner unter Sternenhimmel, abgeschlossen mit den Crêpe Suzettes nach Art des Hauses, ist eine Grundlage, um zurück in den Winter zu kommen.

Впервые посещала Маврикий и была поражена красотой. Остановилась в Роял Палм, это, просто, космос. Пляж чистый, комфортный с белоснежным песком. Очень удобно, что лежаки закрепляются на номер и не нужно идти пораньше, чтобы занимать места на пляже. Очень вкусная и разнообразная еда в ресторанах. На завтрак много фруктов, рыбы разной, мне, даже принесли папайю на завтрак, хотя её не было в тот день. Большой выбор алкогольных напитков, мне очень понравилось вино Такамака из фруктов личи...удобно, что можно было взять бутылку вина и оставить на следующий раз то, что не допили. Бутылку брать намного выгоднее, чем бокал. Персонал очень добрый и приветливый, пылинки сдували. Мне очень помогала работник отеля Елена, все мои просьбы были выполнены Ей. Очень милый главный менеджер отеля, каждое утро Он подходил к каждому гостю и спрашивал все-ли хорошо. В общем, я очень рада, что посетила этот сказочный остров в отеле Роял Палм. Кстати, местные гиды мне сказали, что Роял Палм намного круче некоторых знаменитых отелей.........

Очень вкусная кухня, обслуживание на высшем уровне , любезный персонал , замечательный пляж и очень много активного отдыха на территории отеля. Очень много зелени и прекрасный вид открывается со всех ресторанов на океан. Отдельная благодарность высококвалифицированному отзывчивому персоналу.

Мы были в этом отеле в ноябре, все чисто и уютно, персонал отличный, дружелюбный и всегда готов помочь, с русскоговорящим менеджером Еленой, которая всегда решала наши вопросы, спасибо ей за это! Очень рекомендую! Прекрасный отель с потрясающим видом на океан! Еда супер, свежая и очень вкусная! Отель стоит своих денег, хотя очень дорого!)
