We recently spent six nights at Royal Palm Beachcomber and had an incredible experience from beginning to end. The hospitality we received truly made this trip one to remember. Every member of the team went out of their way to make us feel welcome, especially my daughter, who celebrated her birthday while we were there. She was overjoyed with the thoughtful surprises, beautiful cakes, lovely small gifts, and a little purse that made her feel so special. As her mum, I was incredibly touched by the effort that went into making her day memorable. Special thanks to Rihanna in reservations, who made our booking process so smooth and reassuring. Sarita in housekeeping set the tone on our first day with such care in preparing our room, and Nishi from Guest Relations was warm, attentive, and made sure we felt looked after throughout our stay. We left with lasting memories and full hearts. I can’t wait to return 😊

Extraordinary service and exceptional facilities. Stayed for 8 nights with our family- 4 children aged between 13 and 21 and everyone had their best vacation ever. High class Sport and water facilities - always available. Especially high quality cuisine with menus changing every day. Would definitely recommend half board. Extra compliment to all staff who do theirs utmost to provide you with out-of-this world service. We will definitely return - thank you.

Our experience at the Royal Palm was really perfect. The service is extraordinary, from the welcome at the check-in to the restaurants and beach service, as well as the housekeeping. This level of attention to detail is rarely seen. All the staff are perfectly groomed and offer impeccable service. As we were celebrating our wedding anniversary they prepared some lovely surprises for us and we were made to feel really special.
