Residence Le Point Choisy

I had amazing impressions. Firstly, it is an amazing place, where right inside the hotel there is a whole botanical garden) I saw something like this for the first time, it is very beautiful. Very hospitable owner, who is ready to help with any issue. Beach towels, umbrellas, equipment for swimming and snorkeling, etc. are available for guests. Near the room there is a huge flask with clean, filtered water (an undeniable plus, it is very convenient). Minimalistic and pleasant interior, everything in the rooms is done for the comfort of vacationers. Cleaning was daily and thorough: sometimes I was even surprised by this quality, because not all hotels clean well. The hotel has underground free parking. I would like to separately note that the hotel is located close to Mon Choisy beach, which is the best (!!!) beach on the island, and many spend 1.5 hours to get there by car, and from this hotel it is 10 minutes on foot. There are many restaurants nearby, several small shops. To Grand Bay and all civilization like Super U, etc. - 10 minutes by car. I would like to note that the hotel is very quiet, which was important for me, because I have a sensitive sleep. Reality exceeded expectations. I am very glad that I chose this hotel! I sincerely thank the owner, I will definitely come back one day)

I liked this aparthotel quite a lot. I lived in a standard room, the balcony of which overlooks the courtyard. Excellent clean room with good repair. Of the household appliances in the room were - TV, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster and hairdryer, as well as dishes and cutlery. Cleaning was done in a timely manner. Upon check-in, a beach bag, towel, beach umbrella and folding chair were offered. For children in the corridor there are inflatable rings and a large basket with toys for the beach. Once I took a mask and snorkel from this basket and watched the underwater world). 10 minutes walk to Mont Choisy beach and 13 minutes to Grand Baie. Both of these beaches are very different from each other, but both are very beautiful. Near the hotel there are cafes and a grocery store, and a station with pancakes, which are cooked in front of you and for which there is always a queue). The bus stop is 2 minutes walk away. I went by bus to Port Louis and Grand Baie. The area is quite quiet and uncrowded. Overall, I can highly recommend this hotel - you won't regret it! There are only a couple of things I would like to improve - I missed a power outlet near the bed and the second thing is the weak water pressure in the shower. Otherwise, everything was great. I am happy with my stay here.

Everything is great! Sometimes the water drained poorly in the bathroom) but can this interfere with your holiday in Mauritius?)) Excellent staff, always ready to help!

Very nice apartment, spacious, two-level, two separate bedrooms. Well equipped with all necessary appliances, there is even washing liquid. There are 3 bathrooms. Well-functioning wifi. Clean. Hassle-free check-in after the reception hours (keys in the box). The building is new, I think most of the premises are apartments for rent. Very discreet. Definitely a good place for an independent trip. About 10 minutes by car there is a large hypermarket where you can stock up on all the necessary products. The beach is also about 10 minutes on foot, although it is not easy to find it and in my opinion one of the most beautiful in Mauritius. During our stay there were almost no people on the beach, which was an even bigger plus. The minuses include the lack of a nice view and the balconies overlooking either a wall or an internal building. But it does not matter because we were on the road all day anyway. It is definitely worth renting a car and driving around the island. A deposit is charged but after 2 days it was returned. It is a pity that during a stay of several days there was no cleaning included in the price, you had to order it additionally. To sum up, I definitely recommend it for people who don't like resorts and value independence.

The room was very clean. Everyone was very friendly. The bed was relatively hard. You definitely need a rental car for the accommodation as it is very quiet in this area. The nearest beach is a 15-minute walk away.
