The organization was atrocious. They put us in the wrong room and I was already in the bathtub when my partner got a call that we were in the wrong room, she was already in her nightgown. The front desk took 20 minutes to get the payment details that were already sent to them through the online booking. The owner's accents are very thick and it's hard to understand them (not their fault, just warning future customers). The cleaning lady barged in without knocking when we were in our rightful room, we were naked and in the tub. At some point this is becoming a pattern. She tried coming in the next morning while the door was locked and we shouted NO! multiple times. Heater doesn't work, a/c is very loud and doesn't do much, it's a glorified fan. There were fruit flies and mosquitoes, holes in the screen door to the patio, water leaking on the bathroom counter from God knows where, and water stains below the sink. Only one roll of toilet paper for our entire stay which was more than one day. The shampoo provided doesn't even lather and is very watery so don't bother with that, there was no soap at all to bathe with or wash your hands so bring your own. I don't know why they have "hotel" in their name as this is very obviously a motel, you can tell with the low quality. Peeling paint, chipped wood, chipped drywall, holes in the drywall, some kind of yellow and orange fluid on the ceiling, and cracked tiles. See photos. Walls are paper-thin. I'm giving 2 stars because they did show us how to work some things and were polite, so 1 star more than I would've otherwise. It's expensive too, I don't know why people are saying it's cheap. A motel in my town is $80 a night, here it's over $150. Decor is outdated, and the hotel needs to be renovated. No accessibility so no one with a wheelchair should stay here, or people who need bars by the toilet or bathtub or a shower chair because they don't have any.
