As we were checking inn ltold the girl at the front desk that I had congestive heart failure and if she had a room available that would be awesome she said she didn’t have anything that the room we had rented was the last one.. I stated it was hard for me to Get up and down stairs.. but I attempted I went upstairs with no problem first time then as we were going to dinner I slipped down a flight of stairs.. my leg the calf area is twice the size and I’m in alot of pain.. my husband called the front desk when we returned from dinner talked to different man working the evening shift and talked to the manager on duty (Chuck) and basically they said since we booked through a third-party that they could not move us Rooms and the next time we booked there, we needed to book directly through them because once you book through a third-party, there’s nothing that they can change in the computer it’s set in stone they said if we had booked through them, they could move us to a king room with no problem but since it’s third-party, there’s a problem. I can’t for the life of me understand why these people don’t think they’re gonna have a lawsuit against them all because they couldn’t switch me to a room. That’s the right thing to do. They’re disappointed by their Lack of compassion and understanding if a guest is unhappy, you do what you’re supposed to to make them happy. This wasn’t a problem of me not being happy it was a problem me not being able to get up and down the stairs because of my medical issue may be lack of understanding is a problem will not be back there and don’t recommend anyone to go there

The hotel room was adequate for our needs for the two night stay. Sunday night was very empty after an eventful Saturday. Room was clean and the in room shower/bath gave some great hot water. I went down Saturday evening to use the hot tub, and to my surprise that water was ice cold as was the pool... no signs or any warning to this issue. Upon checkout I was informed that they were down and waiting for parts. Wish there could have been some warning before booking...

This was a great and productive work trip, I stayed in the same room for 12-days and there were no surprise billings as I had on a previous trip at a different hotel and this property is very well manager. Will stay here again next time I'm working in the area.

I'm a regular here I wouldn't take my business any where else in granbury. The rooms are clean the staff is incredible, very kind people work here, they have breakfast the waffles are awesome. I love this place. They even have jacuzzi tubs smoking and non smoking!! Convenient as heck!! All around good place.
