The room is quite big, and the bathroom has a big bathtub. I forgot to take pictures of the interior of the room, and it is not much different from the pictures provided by the hotel. It is very close to the Alhambra Palace, and it takes 3 to 5 minutes to walk to the Gate of Justice. The hotel service is also very considerate and helped us store our luggage.

Location — On the hill, 10 min walk to the Alhambra Palace. If you fancy a short morning stroll in the same natural environment that surrounds the monumental complex, it should serve the purpose. Rooms on the city side have good views overlooking the Granada landscape, but prices are also much higher.
Service — Staff are very well trained and carry with them the old English-style professionalism and dignity, being polite but not condescending or ingratiating.
Amenities — Probably once modern during the first half of the 20th century, they are very old and out of date by today’s standard for a 5-star hotel. For example, the toilet is flushed by pulling (instead of pushing) the plug on the lid, something I’ve never seen in real life, but only in movies. Also the toilet had a bit of smell, not sure if it’s due to cleaning or in the pipes.
Overall, this hotel should suit visitors who look for classy service and/or an immersive experience of living in close proximity to the cultural complex and overlooking the Granada city as the emirs and kings did in the past.

An unexpectedly delightful hotel! I love it so much! The historical sense and elegance of the hotel itself make people like it as soon as they walk in, as if the previous owner was a knight, and this is the palace given to him by the royal family. On the day of arrival, the flight was diverted due to weather reasons. We arrived at nearly 4 am. The front desk lady spoke very good English and was particularly concerned about us. She checked us in quickly and let us have a good rest. The first impression was full. The breakfast at the hotel the next day was also very rich and delicious 😋The hotel is small but very exquisite and beautiful. The room facilities are both classical and practical. I really regret not staying in Granada for a few more days. I love this town so much! There are many restaurants and shops within walking distance of the hotel, which is very suitable for vacation!

Stayed here for my honeymoon. Everything was great and the staff were very friendly. The location, service, and facilities were all a good experience. Also, the view of the Alhambra Palace from the hotel's rooftop bar was very spectacular.

The suite has two bedrooms and a living room. The room is fully decorated and the facilities are very new. The kitchen and kitchen utensils are complete. The host sister is very enthusiastic. She has been in contact. She has arrived in advance and went out to greet her. If you need help during the trip, you can consult her. She is very attentive and enthusiastic to help. It left a good impression. The location of the room is particularly good, walking to the city, the cathedral is a few minutes

The hotel is very newly decorated in a modern and simple style. The bathroom is also very useful and the stay is quite comfortable. The British Palace is opposite the hotel, which is convenient for shopping, but the British Palace does not have many things and is not cheap. There are many delicious restaurants around the hotel. If you walk a little further, you can walk to the entrance of the palace in 30-40 minutes. There is a public underground parking lot Telpark across the river next to the hotel, and you can store and access the car by navigation. If you don't drive, this place is a bit far, it's more convenient to live closer.

I didn't know the geography of Granada, so I expected it to be a moderate outskirts, but I took the hotel, except that it was good to get through the highway when I visited Alhambra. It's far from the downtown area where people are gathered, and I struggled to move in many ways. And one big mall that you can't tell if you're open or not, and one big restaurant opposite it. And it's really nothing, nothing, except for the mercadona near the residential area.
In conclusion, the location can't give you a good score, and I had a pretty hard time coming and going to the downtown area of Granada, where I was taking a bus using a car. Please calculate the route between the main tourist points and the hotel in advance and move.
The hotel overall was a bit old style, but the room size was larger than any hotel I have stayed in Spain so far. I was on a honeymoon, but I was assigned two single beds and asked me to change to a double bed room. There was no work, and I was able to have a satisfactory bed.
Parking is 16 euros a day, and the system is an old-fashioned system with tickets, so you have to pull out meaningless ticket paper every time you enter, and when you go out, you press the bell and say the lake of the room.
Our couple were not sensitive to noise, but the hotel structure was a shared structure in which the noise in the lobby was upstairs, and we were right above the group guests who were drinking late at night in the lobby. It was a location room. I understand that it was inevitable in the structure, but it was not a very pleasant experience that I could hear the noise of those people in the hotel room.
And the other thing that was absurd was that they had slippers and robes, and they were paid three euros for them and they were packaged. My wife needed slippers as a necessity, and she paid for the package and was able to provide a little better quality slippers than the one-time slippers provided by other hotels in the usual way. The experience that I had to pay and use slippers and bathrobes for 3 euros at a 5 star hotel could not be said to be absolutely good. Because I'm writing this review in the next hotel I checked in, wearing a bathrobe and slippers that are free of charge at this hotel.

It is next to the bus station, with Aldi next to it, and there is a bus directly to the scenic spot at the door, which is very convenient. The suite we booked has a large terrace with a wide view. It is recommended.

Outstanding
GGuest UserWhile waiting to check in, I was given a large glass of freshly squeezed orange juice. The room facilities were also very modern, and the toilet had a washlet for the first time. After returning from the trip, a plate of ginkgo biloba, cheese, diced ham and biscuits were given to the room to replenish energy. There is food everywhere when you go out, especially the seafood restaurant recommended by the hotel, where you can enjoy delicious and affordable tapas. Breakfast was ordered from the menu and was very delicious.
The only drawback is that there is no body lotion in the room, and the area is very dry, but after informing the front desk, a small bottle of L'Occitane body lotion was delivered - the shampoo and other toiletries are all from L'Occitane.
LLeemaOne of the cleanest hostel I’ve ever stayed. It was beyond my expectation. In fact, it was super amazing. I would definitely come to TOC Hostel again if I ever come to Granada in the future.
I slept in a 4-Mixed dormitory. I was grateful to get to stay with good roommates. That’s a big plus. Also, they have a pool table for customers to enjoy and relax in the area. If you have luggages, there’s a lift you can take if you prefer. They provide a lock for your luggage to store in your room but a deposit of €10 is compulsory and they will return your deposit upon checkout. There’s also a washine machine and dryer should you need to wash your clothes. It cost €3.5 and €3 respectively. There’s a private bathroom in the room with hot shower, soap and shampoo.
Overall, it was an amazing stay for me and a solid 5/5!
CClairemfalveyLocation to the train station is excellent but a 20 min walk into the main part of Granada - still overall a decent location. The Room was a very good size and in general was quiet and comfortable. I ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was ok/decent and it's nice to have somewhere on location in case you don't want to go out.
I liked staying here.
Wwuwu918The service is OK. The room has a capsule coffee machine and a kettle. There are no slippers. I forgot whether there are toiletries. The room I was given is super big. It is a long strip. The entrance is the living room with sofas, TV, etc. Going inside is the bedroom, and further inside is the bathroom. The whole side is glass doors and windows. Yes, it is a door that can be opened. Is it safe? The room is about one meter above the ground. There is an iron guardrail on the outside of the glass doors and windows about two meters above the ground! The doors and windows cannot be opened from the outside. Unless the glass is broken. There is an alley outside the glass doors and windows, and a restaurant opposite. The glass doors and windows have basically no sound insulation. The picture was taken outside the glass doors and windows of the room in the alley.
AAlejandro792First of all, when we asked her about driving in Granada’s restricted circulation area, Maria at the reception had a defensive and somewhat ”arrogant” attitude. We just wanted to know if the hotel bill or theirs could be passed. If mediation can be requested, it reaches our claim that we enter the hotel well through the mobility restricted routing loop. We just want to know if they can tell us to solve this problem, but we get a defensive attitude and ”hand washing .
We appreciate the superficial cleanliness of the room and we found a used mask under the bed!
It is worth mentioning that breakfast is 10 o'clock, so if they are overwhelmed, we have to queue for half an hour to get in.
Workers’ general concern, except for the receptionist Maria, 10
AAira CharisDidn't expect this hotel is just a stone away from the main train station. Bus stops outside the hotel, surrounded with cafes, restaurants and easy to get taxi service. Free buffet breakfast was okay, same menu daily. Strictly 12nn check out no extensions not even 30mins or even if we are willing to pay extra they did not allow us even if the hotel ia not fully booked. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.
GGuest UserThe English accent of the room brother is very interesting, and gave us a better room. At the top of the hotel, it is a room with a loft. There is a big bed upstairs and downstairs. The six-man star symbol can be seen everywhere in the hotel, maybe the store is Jewish. The rooms are clean and the decoration is simple and tasteful.
Most importantly, the hotel is located in the bustling new square of the city, next to the Albaising District, you can see the flow of people downstairs, and you can see the Alhambra Palace from afar. The location is excellent. Provided a wonderful end to our trip.
GGuest UserThis Aparthotel was in an absolutely perfect location and easily accessible to the main sites of Granada. The communication with the customer support was excellent and it was easy to check in and out or get an early check in for an additional cost. The app was really useful as I could check in that way and had a note of my entrance key in case I forgot the number. The facilities, cleanliness and little extras provided such as water, coffee and crisps were really appreciated after a day of travel. The studio I was in was absolutely gorgeous, modern, clean and whilst in the centre of the town, quiet, so I could get a good night's sleep. The only thing that was a slight disappointment was that I booked the apartment thinking I would be getting a view of the town/square, but I did have balcony views over the balconies and into the apartments of the identical building directly in front of me. So, no view to speak of, but I didn't spend much time in the apartment as there was plenty to do in Granada. Overall, 4/5 for the experience and will be staying in the Libere again when next travelling to Spain.
EEvangeliaGreat concept, good for photos. BUT our capsule no 7 was defective: the door was no locking, the key card holder was taped and so there was no good connection for electricity, and AC in the capsule was not working either. We had to sleep with the door open in order to be able to breath.
The door in the room is unlocked and everyone could enter. The patio is right next to the room, so there is a lot ot noise. People drinking until late and no one from the staff around to supervise. At around 2.30,drunk people entered in the room, a man started shouting and hitting a woman in the face, more people were involved and finally somebody called the police.
We felt super unsafe, especially without having the possibility to lock our capsule door.
Wouldn't go back.
