This should be the best hotel for this trip. The day we arrived was the May Day in Andalucia, which was very lively. The breakfast in the hotel's executive lounge has a hidden menu, which can be ordered by scanning the code.
The Alhambra Palace is really shocking, and the Nasrid Palace, which needs to be booked two months in advance, is the essence of its art.

Our reservation was for one night only because we have another reservation in another hotel. But for one night stay we have seen enough. They provide only 2 bottles of water (300 ml) for a day !! When we asked for another bottle they refused ! 😅 we’ve never faced something like this before !
We also forgot a phone charger in the room and called the hotel after maybe 6 hours of checkout and they asked us to call them again tomorrow. The next day we were crossing near the hotel and thought to go inside and asked and there was a woman in the reception who was not polite when talked to us !! I mean it is just 80$ charger it’s not a big deal !! If we were not close to the hotel we wouldn’t even bother. but to treat customers like this !! It’s really beyond expected !
