Le stanze sono carine , si sente il rumore di notte e nn si riesce riposare per bene . Il personale è scortese e non tanto disponibile . Chiedevo informazioni per il parcheggio e la ragazza sembrava scocciata ad ogni mia domanda .

Decepcionante, ubicación muy buena pero las camas muy incómodas, las fotos no corresponden con la habitación, para rematar 2 días duchándonos con agua fría por problema de caldera, no entiendo en pleno Enero, Granada....cómo no tienen soluciones a estos problemas. La chica de recepción muy buena, se veía preocupada. En resumen, no vuelvo.

Cumple sobradamente las espectativas en el centro de Granada. Remodelado en fechas pasadas, ha mejorado mucho en sus instalaciones generales y también en las habitaciones. La atención personal buena, como siempre.

He ido varias veces a este hotel, yo diría que 4. Y sin duda siempre que vaya a Granada será mi primera opción. El personal muy agradable y con mucha predisposición a ayudar en lo que haga falta. He ido antes de la reforma y después. Y las habitaciones que nos tocaron eran geniales, estaban dotadas de todo lo necesario y eran enormes.

Les chambres sont spacieuses ,jolies, il manque juste des crochets dans la salle de bain pour suspendre des vêtements et un oreiller de plus mais la chambre est satisfaisante, l'accueil très courtois.

Nice spacious room with good beds. Great location in the middle of the city and within a walking distance to the bus stop to Sierra Nevada ski slopes. Friendly staff and decent breakfast. Wifi in the room was a bit unstable.

L'hotel è situato all'interno di un complesso ove esiste un altro hotel a 4 stelle.. La reception è condivisa anche gli ingressi sono 2. Quello che sto recensendo è il più economico dei due, tuttavia gode degli stessi servizi, con camere spaziose e molto pulite, aria condizionata efficace, camere molto silenziose. Situato proprio vicino a piazza Isabella la Cattolica e a pochi passi dai pulmini che portano asu nelle colline. A questo prezzo per me è un vero affare

Ótimas instalações. Quarto grande e bem localizado e silencioso. Cama confortável. Próximo das principais atrações e com fácil acesso a condição. Bom café da manhã. Equipe atenciosa e prestativa. Boa opção para Granada ! Granada e uma.libda cidade muito a explorar.
