Everything is great. Although they did not take into account the request for a double bed instead of two single beds. But the rest is fine, the bathroom has been renovated and the beds are very comfortable.
The air conditioning system could be improved and the insulation of the windows. But overall a nice stay.

It’s meh , so-so
This is a Basic hotel, spent 1 night. It clearly Needs some upgrading and updates. Location was adequate, 15 minutes to city center walking through the neighborhood streets. Located near El Corte Inglés as you enter Granada. Good location if you don’t want to drive through the messy city traffic.
Hotel is on the first floor (second floor really by European standards) , no elevator requires to carry your own luggage up a flight of stairs.
I was told at check in the Hotel offers onsite parking for 18 euros. I over heard the front desk staff telling another guest the hotel was 16 euros. I pointed out the difference and was told it’s due to the different pricing on ********** vs. at the front desk. I was offered the lower pricing after I brought it up but I ended up parking at a public garage nearby.
I’d say price/room quality is not worth it but probably okay for just one night.

Hotel normalito muy céntrico y habitación grande y limpia y la gente de recepción súper agradable te informan de todo desayuno muy simple pero bien tienes la opción de cojer parking difícil de aparcar por esa zona para repetir por lo tranquilo que es

Hotel Ana Maria, Granada! Ci siamo trovati molto bene, zona centrale, tutto nelle vicinanze, Tutto pulito, tutto il personale gentilissimo! La colazione a pagamento chi la voleva buffet €6 a persona. Un ambiente familiare semplice! Ci ritorneremo !

Hotel sin ningún tipo de accesibilidad para personas con discapacidad física. Mi madre con un 84%de discapacidad tuvo que subir como puedo 20 escalones sin ningún tipo de respuesta ni apoyo por parte del personal de la entrada más que decir que era lo que había. En cuanto al desayuno, no cuentan con ningún tipo de alimentos para personas que no puedan tomar ni gluten ni lactosa, cuando lo comentamos en recepción para el día siguiente la respuesta fue que no, que no había y ya. El " buffet"del desayuno para el que llega al abrir porque si no, te comes lo que queda pese a que pagas por él por igual. Lo peor de todo NO SER ACCESIBLE A PERSONAS CON DISCAPACIDAD

Hotel sem elevador; apesar de constar a existência de estacionamento, foi-nos dito que não havia vagas (mesmo não havendo muitos hóspedes). Café da manhã muito fraco: pouca variedade e ausência de ovos. O rapaz da recepção foi muito solicito e simpático, nos ajudando com informações sobre a cidade e os pontos turísticos. O hotel fica um pouco longe do centro antigo, portanto, não indicado para quem tem limitações de locomoção.

Cleaning and maintenance leaves much to be desired. Unpleasant smell when we entered mixed with air freshener to disguise it. The hard beds almost digging into the springs. At least the sheets and pillowcases were clean. Hot water and bath gel and shampoo assistance are acceptable.
