The hotel is very run down and the bathroom only has shampoo. Many essential amenities in a four star hotel were missing.

The hotel and services are very nice. Public areas are beautiful. Our room was a litt disappointing, but was ok. It is about a 30 minute walk from downtown.

Beautiful hotel well placed!, swimming pool and jacuzzi attention heated in the sun of Spain, so in October a little cool !!; a small bottle of water was missing in the room, nothing in the mini bar!!!. for a 4 star it lacks !!!

nice & elegant hotel location is good about 15 min. walk to old city. entrance lobby is small but there is lobby bar with many seating ; ground floor also the swimming pool ; the parking is small for maybe 8 cars !! rooms are fine ; there is 2 parts ; the new one is where the spa located. bathrooms are nice with nice shampoo & shower gel. clean hotel & rooms. breakfast is good in 4 floor ; very nice staff & polite ; as we being with group the reservation mrs nasrawin was very helpful & top proffisional. of course coming back.

Ha sido una experiencia nefasta. Tienen las 4 estrellas de pegatina. Nos cobraron 200€ por dos noches para meternos literalmente en un zulo. Hice la reserva con cama doble, me pusieron dos pequeñas. El minibar no enfriaba y tenia muy mala presencia arañado por fuera. Los muebles estaban despintados. La ventana de la habitación daba a un patio ciego. No teniamos ni gel ni champú. Pedimos unas almohadas mas porque las que habían eran muy bajitas y no tenian!!! Y finalmente nos cambiaron de habitación a una con cama doble después de que me escucharan decir que les iba a dejar una mala reseña. Antes de mi comentario el hotel estaba al "completo" y no era posible un cambio de habitación, 5min después nos ofrecieron otra igual, algo mas limpia y mas presentable, pero para nada de un 4 estrellas. No guiaros por las fotos de la web, las habitaciones estándares no sirven, de haber sido asi, juro que no habria reservado alli ni muerta. No recomiendo para nada la experiencia.

Hotel datato con puzza di fogna nei corridoi che penetra dall' aria condizionata.abbastanza pulito con bagni da rivedere. Doccia poco funzionante. Cena e colazione sufficiente. Comodo all' alambra..5 minuti taxi. Se fosse ripulito e ammodernato potrebbe essere un bel albergo.
