How to start? It's hilarious, really. Check in is from 2:00 p.m. and we arrived at 5:00 p.m. and the room was not ready yet. The image was gruesome: the reception chairs full of dirty sheets, the dustpan in the middle of the corridor. Once in the room, we saw that only a wooden window separated us from the reception. We heard everything, and therefore they hear everything hahaha. Later we realized that there was no toilet paper and there was no one at the reception or in the hotel to claim it (it was not late, it was 7pm). Desperate, we looked at the counter (quite dirty) and luckily there was a roll, next to a can of beer. The argument "for what you pay, what do you want" does not work for me. €50 a night is not giving anything away, so I expect a minimum of privacy, not hearing how all the guests urinate, that there are no bugs in the room, a rack where you can leave the towels in the bathroom, a quality pillow, PRIVACY... We have taken the professional air freshener that was left in our room as a souvenir. So we don't forget where we shouldn't go back!

Bad experience. I do not recommend this site at all. The photos they publish on the Booking website must be from another site. Only the door of it matches. We have been three nights. As soon as we entered, the entire building smelled terrible, we met some guests who were leaving and they informed us that the accommodation left a lot to be desired and that one of them had to sleep on a mattress on the floor. We meet the person who cleans and gives us the keys to the rooms that were not yet done. There is no one to attend the accommodation. We never see anyone again, day or night on the premises. You go in and out by opening a gate that is always locked. The two rooms with humidity everywhere, destroyed ceilings, continuous bad smell camouflaged with a very strong air freshener that we had to remove, paper walls, one of the rooms without a window (it is a zulo), the other room had an exterior window that did not It closed and it was freezing cold since the heating doesn't work either. We called Booking to complain and got nothing. We tried to contact Oyo by the means indicated in an email that they sent us and we were unable to contact anyone. In short, don't even think of staying in this place, because the high quality standards that they boast are conspicuous by their absence, of course I don't know where the three stars come from, I wouldn't classify it as a hotel. Yes I can say, that the rooms were clean.
