Rooms are ok. Service is poor from the staff in reception. On the first day there were bats flying around in the hotel and I found bat poo in my bed. Another person in the group had a lizard in the bed. There were cockroaches in the bathroom of several rooms and on day 2 I found a cockroach in my bed. We also saw rats roaming around in the common areas and outside of our room. There is a pingpong table at reception and the pingpong rackets and balls are there. We started playing and then we got told off because apparently this is only for the kids of the owner of the hotel.. all in all an okay stay but all the animals in the rooms and poor service at the reception made it less than ideal….

The front building of the hotel is very old and beautifully restored. The courtyard is full of vegetation. The other part of courtyard is a large clean pool. The rooms are very big some of them with the kitchenette. Hot water in the shower. Breakfast served in the courtyard under the roof was very good.

Una muy buena opciones en la ciudad colonial de Granada - Nicaragua. Muy cerca de la célebre calle “ La Calzada “ un hotel muy sencillo pero sumamente acogedor con un staff muy amable y atento. Definitivamente una experiencia muy buena y recomendada

Nous avions prévu de rester 5 jours mais sommes partis avant la fin. Hyper bruyant, piscine sale, petit déjeuner qui se dégrade de jour en jour.. Bref il y a bien mieux pour moins cher et tout aussi bien placé dans les environs pour profiter de Granada.

Never disappoints. The rooms are big with a lot of space. The AC works great. Has a great pool right in middle and an amazing restaurant right next door. Staff were very friendly and helpful!
