Booked three rooms. Other rooms were great but room 20 had a horrible sewer pipe smell in the bathroom. The room had no windows for ventilation and I literally felt like I was showering with this smell that was so intense. I advised the front desk about this problem at check out in the early morning since I had to leave and they said they would let the manager know. The hotel is beautiful and well located but I would stay away from room 20 until they fix this issue.

Stayed here as part of a vacation to Nicaragua. Excellent hotel that would be competitive with higher end IHG franchise brands. Hotel is in a beautifully renovated old building. Rooms are clean, new, with a simple but well done decoration. Some have small windows, which is fine. Bathrooms are great and I'd prefer them over some bathrooms in hotels a few categories above (i.e. better than some Intercontinental). Two outdoor pools in the courtyards. A fairly empty but well run restaurant and helpful staff. Impressive to see this in Granada!

Only a few blocks from some of the main attractions of the city. Very nice facilities. Beautifully done remodel of an old historical building. We really enjoyed our stay. Off street secured parking. On our first morning after arriving, we woke up to a flat tire. The staff immediately came out and helped us change it. Didn’t even have to ask.

Nice hotel but our room needed to have a beeter place for TV, need to have a comfortable chair inside the room to watch TV and a stand or table to place our luggage.
Otherwise a very lovely place to stay.

Fabulous hotel by the main square
Wow this place was amazing. Loved all the building colors, the plants, the pools. The room was spacious and the bathroom was perfect. A little dark, but better to keep the temperature down. Breakfast was copious and delicious! And the price was great I hope the new owners don’t ch age this by doing unneeded renovations!
