Súper lindo me encantó este hotel, tiene una linda vista a la hermosa ciudad de granada, una grande y espectacular piscina, la estancia incluye el desayuno, me encanta que las habitaciones son muy ordenadas y muy espaciosas, sin duda alguna uno de los mejores hoteles que eh visitado,muy espacioso muy acogedor!

Our stay in Hotel Real La Merced was very pleasant. It is a wonderful hotel located centrally in Granada. The atmosphere in the hotel is authentic and the staff was friendly and was happy to help us - eg. with making the reservation for Ometeppe Ferry. We could park our car in front of the hotel which was also comfortable. The rooms are clean, spacious and with well working AC. Also the breakfast was nice and various. We would definitely recommend this hotel. It’s the perfect place to reside in Granada, for exploring the city or as starting point to travel around the area.

Wunderschönes Hotel im Kolonialstil in sehr zentraler Lage. Alles im Zentrum von Granada kann man von hier aus zu Fuß erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilft bei Wünschen und Fragen gerne weiter. Auch wenn man eine Kutschentour durch die Stadt oder Ausflüge wie eine Bootstour auf dem See machen will, erhält man auf Nachfrage Unterstützung bei der Organisation. Insbesondere der Manager René ist sehr aufmerksam und nimmt sich immer Zeit für einen kleinen Plausch, auch um ein paar Geheimtipps weiterzugeben. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und mit Klimaanlagen ausgestattet. Der Pool im traumhaften Innenhof des Hotels ist ebenfalls sauber und bietet eine willkommene Abkühlung an heißen Nachmittagen. Das Essen im Restaurant/Café, wo auch das Frühstück a la Carte bestellt wird, ist super lecker. Ich empfehle wärmstens die lokalen “tipico” Gerichte. Wir haben unsere Zeit hier sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!

Have stayed here several times and always enjoy our stay. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are very comfortable but the staff is what really makes it wonderful. They are very friendly, quick to help and attentive. Highly recommend staying here.

El hotel es muy lindo y exclusivo. La atención es muy buena. La piscina muy limpia. Nos hemos quedado varias veces por ello. La comida en el restaurante es deliciosa! Esta ubicado en centro así que todo nos queda cerca! Nos encanta!!!!!!!!!!

De kamer was prachtig en goed verzorgd. Ze hebben een mooi zwembad op de binnenplaats en de het restaurant is ook erg goed. Het Omelet is de lekkerste die we in heel Nicaragua gegeten hebben. Het personeel onthield zelfs hoe ik mijn koffie wilde. Zeker een aanrader als je in Granada bent.

Lovely hotel, excellent location and very kind staff. Everyone friendly and always keen to help. We stayed for a few days on the way down Nicaragua and this hotel was a real treat and a very special place. There’s lots to do in Granada, but we were sufficiently happy to just stay in this beautiful building for quite a lot of the time.
