Magnifique hôtel au centre ville de Granada. Très accueillant, super propre. Le personnel est incroyablement sympa et efficace. La piscine est idyllique. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et très bon. Cette ancienne maison coloniale est gardée en très bon état. Merci!

Siendo profecional del turismo No me esperaba tener un servicio y ver un personal tan atentos y servicial les quería agradecer a todo el equipo por su hospitalidad y amabilidad desayuno top habitacion amplia y limpia con piscina justo al interior sin dudarlo pienso regresar a este hotel cuando vuelva a visitar granada de TODO CORAZON gracias de nuevo y sigan asi la verdad quedan pocos hoteles con un servicio tan bueno como el de ustedes.

I arrived early and they let me check in without any hassle. Obviously if a room isn’t ready they won’t be able to accommodate an early guest.

Lovely hotel clean and friendly, nice coffee shops and hand made bags and gifts. Lovely decor and garden with a small pool and Bar. Good location close to lots of local restaurants and coffee shops. We were here in early April 25 it was hot but all room are small but have A/C and fans. Thank you for a lovely short stay.

The hotel is close to the city centre and there are some very nice restaurants within a few minutes walk. Breakfast is served in the courtyard and was very good. There is also a small bakery/cafe serving cakes, coffee and snacks which is open most days. There is a pool and a bar with seating overlooking the pool area. The rooms are nicely decorated and have air-con and a fan. Staff were very friendly and I really enjoyed my stay here. I would stay here again.

Hotel was fine. Manager was rude and nasty to my friend who had small kids. Complained about her baby crying (they do that) Other wise enjoyed the stay

Es handelt sich um ein kleineres Hotel mit 20 Zimmern in einem alten Stadthaus. Sehr zentral, aber dennoch ruhig, weil es in einer Nebenstraße zur Fußgängerzone liegt. So toll, wie die enthusiastischen Bewertungen hier glauben machen, ist es nicht. Die Zimmer sind winzig, heiß und stickig und sehr heruntergekommen. Mein Bad war etwas unappetitlich, so war in der Dusche auf dem Boden teilweise ein gelber Film und die Wasserhähne waren auch nicht mehr so richtig fest. Im Innenhof steht ein Wasserspender, an dem man unbegrenzt Wasser nehmen kann. Das Frühstück wird serviert. Man hat zwischen drei Arten die Auswahl: Cornflakes mit Milch, Müsli mit Joghurt oder Reis und Rührei, letzteres sehr trocken. Das Ambiente das Innenhof ist sehr nett und das Personal freundlich.

Sehr schönes Hotel in mitten der Altstadt. Alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Frühstückauswahl ist ausreichend. Das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen, zum Entspannen gibt's einen Pool, und eine gute Bar. Um die Ecke ist auch gleich die Plaza Zentral.
