Estrada Hotel & Bistro

My friends and I stayed at this hotel for a couple of days to spend some time together in the city. We felt very welcome, and every single staff member paid close attention to our needs with a level of kindness that would make anyone want to come back a hundred times. Not only does the hotel offer all the amenities anyone could need, but the atmosphere is also on a whole different level. There’s a beautiful little garden in the middle of the guest rooms that helps you wake up in a great mood. The food is great, and the location is key, close to everything we needed. We were very impressed with this place and would absolutely recommend it to anyone.

Hotel it self was nice and clean, but customer service is absolutely awful, I was never told that they have a curfew every night and the lock the main doors. I had gone to la Calzada with friends for drinks and a night out when I returned to the hotel they wouldn't open the doors for me and I had to find another place to crash for the night as a result. Next day i went to the hotel and told them they did not do anything for me or apologized for it .When i made the reservation i had noted that 2 people will be staying at the room which was my sister , One of those day my brother in came to the hotel to pick me up to take me to the isletas and the assumed that he was staying at the hotel. two days after they did not let my sister sleep at the hotel at all and at the end they end up charging more money without telling me anything . Front desk people are not costumer service oriented at all ( the girl and the other guy i think his name was carlos) The only people that actually made me feel welcome was the cleaning staff and the ladies at the restaurant they were very friendly at all times. I will not stay or recommend this Hotel to anyone.

We had a wonderful time and will definitely return! The morning breakfast (included with stay) were amazing, and the Bistro food and service was excellent. Thank You!

It was an exceptional stay. The room was beautiful and very clean. Location was perfect and the staff was superb.I will stay there again an easy choice.
