There was a leak under the basin and it was moldy, but the bath towels were placed there. I called the front desk twice and it took two hours to deliver new ones. The room was also very old. Although it was maintained, the quality was very poor. The dinner buffet was well done. We stayed for four nights and the food was not repeated. The quality of the dishes was great!

This is my third return this year and the hotel stay couldn’t be more perfect. I took my elderly mother and friend. The hotel staff did everything to make us welcome. There were two new restaurants, both exceptional. Rooms beautiful, and clean. The staff exceptional. My mother and aunt stayed on longer and the hotel took fantastic care of them. I would recommend to anyone to book a stay.

The hotel is not 5*. It’s a 3-4* at most. Many members of staff were unhelpful / unfriendly. When asking the concierge about hiring bikes, we were told to look this up ourselves and when we asked the pool staff for help putting the umbrellas up, we were told we could do that ourselves too. You have to pay extra to use the spa even if you have booked a treatment (if you haven’t booked an all inclusive package). The infinity pool overlooks the loading bay so smelly noisy lorrie’s pump fumes into the pool area. Avoid this hotel.

hotel overstijgt alle verwachtingen. Gelegen in Meloneras, dit is iets rustiger ( voor ons was dit perfect). Tevoet via boulevard naar de vuurtoren en winkelpromenade/centrum en duinen van Maspalomas(ongev. 2km). Het hele drukke playa des Ingles ligt ongev. 5km verderop. wij hebben hiervoor een fiets gehuurd. Wat het hotel betreft was alles uitstekend. Vriendelijkheid en hulpvaardigheid van ALLE personeel. Wij hadden halfpension en het ontbijt- en dinerbuffet waren van hoogstaande kwaliteit en werd constant bijgevuld. Wij logeerden in superieur deluxe kamer met zeezicht. Deze zijn vernieuwd en van allerlei moderne snufjes voorzien. Nog een heel belangrijk item zijn de ligbedjes. Deze zijn meer als voldoende aanwezig en er bijna geen handdoekje leggen...

The hotel was kept spotless and the staff were very friendly. We stayed half board and privilege. Our room had recently been refurbished so was very nice and had a lovely view. The hotel itself is massive and we found it hard to navigate especially as my companion was on a mobility scooter. It’s a bit of a maze which got frustrating at times and more signage might help. For us the main disappointment was the food. Although on privilege we usually used the main buffet restaurant as it was flexible time wise. Breakfast was fine but dinner was often salty, repetitive and of poor quality for a 5* hotel. For us the position of the hotel didn’t work either as we prefer to wander along a busy beach front with lots of shops rather than massive hotels. We only used the pool on the privilege level, which we found too cold. The snacks on offer there were disappointing compared to what we’ve experienced in similar setups. The evening entertainment was generally poor apart from the wonderful saxophone player and pianist. I don’t like to be negative as the staff work so hard but overall we were disappointed and although the hotel has lots to offer it fell short in too many areas for us.
