Die Lage und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis haben vor einigen Jahren den Ausschlag gegeben mich für dieses Hotel zu entscheiden und es war eine der besten Entscheidungen meines Lebens 😁 Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet, der Blick aufs Meer ist herrlich! Spa und Fitnessbereich sind sehr gut ausgestattet! Das Restaurant bietet immer gute Qualität und Abwechslung!! Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit!! ❤️

Polecam. Hotel niby 3*ale swobodnie dałbym 4*. Jeżeli chodzi o jedzenie, bardzo duży wybór, śniadanie czy kolację, na obiadach nie byliśmy że względu na zwiedzanie wyspy. Bar: alkohole markowe, należy z czytać kod kr, baseny i jacuzzi na dachu robi robotę. Obsługa na bardzo wysokim poziomie, począwszy od kelnerów, panie sprzątające,czy barmanów. Czy bym wrócił,na pewno!

Forts d'une première expérience réussie à Noël 2022 nous sommes revenus cette fois pour les 2 fêtes. José à rejoint Armando en multilingues à la réception et le reste du personnel est toujours aussi aimable et aux petits soins dans les autres services malgré l'affluence. La propreté règne en maître et l'entretien des 4 ascenseurs va bon train. L'organisation des festivités était magnifique tant pour la déco que pour les buffets. Ce furent des moments inoubliables contrairement aux marchés de Noël des environs (Mogan et Arguineguin) uniquement destinés aux "touristes" et sans intérêts. Notre chambre au 9ème était calme et bien agencée (918) avec vue sur mer. Pas de problème de transats en nombre suffisant. Bibliothèque bien achalandée dans toutes les langues. Salle de sport pour les sportifs et spa pour la détente. En bref, bon endroit pour des vacances réussies au soleil. Merci à Noemie (hôtesse TUI) pour sa gentillesse ses explications et son dévouement (chose devenue rare chez TUI). L'accueil à l'aéroport pourrait vraiment mieux faire.

Good hotel in general okay condition, nicely located in Arguineguin with full sea view. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Facilities are good - nice pool area and good spa. Seems to cater for the 60+ segment and to some extent families with children, but not overcrowded with kids. Beware of a lot of traffic noise heard in bedroom part, where doors a not sound proof. Hotel is very lenient when it comes to smoking, so if you are a non-smoker you could end up having chainsmokers as your neighbors, making the time on the balcony somewhat smoky

Dejligt ophold.
Vi havde en fantastisk uge. Hotellet er ikke nyt men velholdt. Personalet var søde og maden ok. Placeringen ved vandet var god og der var ikke langt til byen. Vi kommer helt sikkert igen.
