Nos ha encantado el hotel, iba con miedo por alguna reseña pero todo lo contrario, es un hotel tranquilo, limpio, con buena comida y cerca de la playa y zonas de ocio y con piscina y jacuzzi muy limpios y encantadores. Los empleados son todos super atentos y muy buenos profesionales desde la señora de la limpieza, los chicos del comedor y el personal de recepción. Tienen música en directo por las tardes en la zona la piscina que es una maravilla. Tienen una placa de cocina ( de quita y pon) y menaje de cocina y un supermercado con buenos precios a un minuto del hotel.

Très bonne expérience. Idéalement situé proche de la plage. Le buffet pour le petit déjeuner dispose d’un large choix. L’hôtel est également très propre et le personnel très agréable. La réception 24/24 est très pratique, permettant d’arriver à l’hôtel quand bon nous semble sans pression de rater le créneau horaire dédié.

Fabulous location , rooms lovely , no sunbed wars, hotel is amazing , we went self catering so didn’t try the food . Drinks were rather expensive at the poolside bar . Welcome drink on arrival, we didn’t get there until midnight so they gave vouchers for the welcome drink the next day .

Friendly staff, rooms great for self catering, clean and comfortable, plenty of storage. Sitting out on the balcony was nice, however using the poolside deck chairs could be improved, they are too big for the balcony, smaller chairs would have been better suited. Pool area great, safe and well looked after, life guard on hand. The snack food from the pool bar was nice for a lunch. The hotel is in a great central location for the beach or town, we felt so relaxed and chilled with our visit, just what was needed. Didn't use the restaurant, apart from 1 morning to sample for breakfast which was fine. This is my second visit to this hotel and like last time, it didn't disappoint. I would totally recommend this hotel for anyone wishing to visit Playa de Ingles.

Myself, my husband and our 16 year son have just returned after our stay and the Anamar. This hotel is great! Staff are lovely and always saying Hello and Good night. Food is just as you expect at a buffet hotel. Breakfast was plenty full. Dinner was quite samey each night. The do have “special nights” like Asian and Mexican nights. Pool is a perfect size with a shallow and deeper end. Life guard on hand at all times and he also removes unattended towels that people have left to save a bed whilst they go out for the day. Poolside gum that our son made good use of too. Drinks are really reasonable too from the bar. Air con in all rooms. We had the cleaners in every other day and they were amazing. Normal size fridge too which was great. And it was always cold! Supermarket right around the corner which is also cheap and has everything you need. As this is a fair and honest review I have to say the balcony….the chairs are too wide so you have to sit side ways and you only get two. So as there was 3 of us we had to wedge a dinner table chair out there. Then there really was no Room to move.
