Arguineguín Park by Servatur VV

We really enjoyed our stay here and all the amenities. The staff were all fantastic. We spent most of our time at the rooftop pool and we ate in the pool bar downstairs as they had a lot to choose from and tasted great and very affordable. The spar was great for coffee and bits and pieces. The apartment was immaculately clean and we had a late flight and the manager let us extend it till 6. We all had a great time and definitely will return.

From the moment we arrived, the Arguineguín Park team made us feel so welcome. The reception staff were incredibly friendly, efficient, and always ready to help with a smile. The maintenance and cleaning crew did an outstanding job- our spacious room was cleaned daily and maintained to a high standard. The pool team added a lovely touch to our days, always attentive, helpful, and cheerful. The rooms themselves offered plenty of space and were very comfortable-perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The kitchen is well equipped and we didn’t eat out at all, made lunch and dinner with ease! Overall, we had an amazing stay thanks to the warm and professional service across the whole team. Highly recommended!

Leaving this location this evening to travel back home to scotland and feeling quite sad! This is an excellent property. Apartments are fantastic with everything a family would need. All amenities are easy to use. The housekeeping staff are lovely and always greet you with a smile. The reception team are amazing and happy to help. The spar shop staff are the same, super friendly. The pool is great and very clean. No issues getting sunbeds ever. The landscaping team keep the grounds immaculate. The pool bar serves cocktails and food. Again the staff are just lovely. A short stroll from town where you will find shops and places to eat as well as the beach and natural sea pool. We enjoyed watching the wee fish in it. Be careful crossing the main road at the bottom of the hill. It's pretty busy. We got a taxi into.mogan mall for 10 euro and shopped. Great stores and plenty of food options. Only 10 min taxi ride. Puerto Rico is much busier than arguineguin so it was nice to return to the calm of the Apartments. We have loved it here and hope that we can return in the years to come.

Just got back from a lovely stay here. We couldn’t really fault the hotel. The room was amazing probably one of the best we have stayed in. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining /living area and a large balcony with table chairs and 2 sunbeds. It was also super clean. The only problem we had was we had to move the sofa bed as the air conditioning unit kept dripping. As others have mentioned the hotel is quite isolated but we had a car for the week so it was perfect for us. There was underground secure parking which took you straight to the building you were staying in. We did get locked out of our room one day though because we had moved the lock on the inside so remember to keep the dial on unlocked when you leave. We were quickly let back in though. There was a spar shop on site and a pool bar which we used both were great. They aren’t open late though so bear in mind for late flights. As expected towels were put on sunbeds by the pool very early we never bothered with the pool in the morning as we went out everyday and then came back late afternoon where we got a sunbed for the last couple of hours. Pool towels are provided and you can change them once in the week with the lifeguard. Overall we had a great stay here. We would definitely stay here again. It’s a great base to explore Gran Canaria made much easier if you have a car.

Loved our stay at Arguineguín Servetar Hotel! Spacious, clean apartments with a great kitchen. The pool area was fantastic, plus the pool bar served delicious snacks and drinks. Convenient 8-minute walk to the bus stop for quick trips to Puerto Rico, all for under €6 for our family. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!
