Die Unterkunft ist wirklich ohne Fehl und Tadel. Hervorragendes freundliches Personal, ´genügend Liegen einschließlich Auflagen und Handtüchern.

Out stay in summer was real good. It was a short stay but we did like the atmosphere friendliness overall service level very much. It has no direct connection to the beach so if you beach and swimming in the sea is a must it’s actually one negative point. It’s a secluded oasis though

Lovely stay at this super hotel, second stay this year but shorter this time. Staff outstanding as always with proper five star service. I had a standard room this time which was perfect, I like the fact that the WiFi is strong and there are smart TVs in the bedroom. Look forward to returning in 2025 (already booked)

A wonderful hotel where the rooms are so comfortable and the public areas beautifully presented especially the pool area. The staff are attentive, take pride in making sure you have a relaxing holiday and nothing is too much trouble. The food is superb.

I’m known as a very difficult person to please, I have very high standards and expectations, and I don’t apologise for these. This hotel met every standard and expectation on every level. The accommodation and food deliver on every level, however what really makes this hotel experience stand out are the staff. They are clearly trained and guided to a very high level, but all of them clearly love what they do and it shows with the service they offer and the respect they show their guests. We have travelled the world and stayed in some of the most amazing hotels. Myself, as ex long haul cabin crew have also been fortunate enough to stay in some of the best hotels in the world, so something has to be exceptional for us to return home and book to return the following year! An outstanding hotel and a wonderful holiday! I have never known a hotel be so consistently excellent for so many years with superb staff that I can’t recommend it more highly! The staff are so friendly and welcoming, it’s like coming ‘home’ each time we visit, which is many times now. Each time is a delight.

Zeer goed hotel. De kamer en badkamer zijn mooi ingericht en zeer proper. Alle wat je nodig hebt is voorzien. De tuin en planten en bloemen zijn ook een vernoeming waard. Allemaal zeer goed onderhouden. Het ontbijtbuffet is zeer gevarieerd en uitgebreid, ook van zeer goede kwaliteit. De pool-bar idem dito, men bediend je er zeer snel. Er hangt een aangename sfeer en wanneer je het hotel binnenkomt valt de rust op je. Personeel is heel vriendelijk en aangenaam, ze doen alles voor je. Als je rust en kwaliteit zoekt is dit hotel zeker de moeite waard !

We have just returned from holiday here and have already booked again for next year. Our daughters have been telling us we should look somewhere else for a change next year for our relaxing September holiday , but after 24 hours at the hotel we decided there is no point in looking elsewhere as we would be comparing it with the Grand Residensia. We feel it is perfect break for us and if you’ve found perfection what is the point of looking elsewhere only to be disappointed. It is spotlessly clean, lovely pool and the food is exceptional. The staff and management are all so friendly and go out of their way to help in any way they can. The staff seem to get on well to together which leads to a lovely atmosphere whereas I sometimes feel this isn’t always the case in some of the larger hotels. Well done Residencia , continue with what you’re doing as it works, otherwise you wouldn’t get so many people coming year after year.

Mejor servicio recibido en un hotel en mi vida. Todo impecable. Habitación espectacular con vistas a la piscina, almuerzo rico en el poolbar y barbacoa de langosta en la cena. Cama y almohadas para recordar. Ducha y bañera permiten ajustar a altas temperaturas :-). Hotel muy tranquilo y ubicado en la zona natural de la Charca de Maspalomas y el Faro.
