Rude yang girl on reception. Older receptionist look like for the first time see computer in her life. There is no label on food in restaurant. For the food with meat there is picture of animal (chicken, pork, beef) but not the name of food. Food without meat no label at all.

Friendly, relaxed atmosphere, entertainment on Christmas night was so much fun. Marked down due to the food, but it seems to be the same in most of these places and there is always 'something' to eat. Spar is a stones throw away, as is a bar and a couple of restaurants. There is a free bus to take you to the beach too. Evelyn behind the bar was so friendly and helpful. 😊

The hotel is well placed, you can either go to the beach via a free bus or catch a taxi for €7. The other beach will cost €10. The food is decent enough, however if you wanted to try a restaurant, there’s a few restaurants only a 5 minute walk up the road, a lovely one called meson Sonnenland with decent prices. There is also a spar shop opposite to pick up some stuff for your apartment. The apartments and areas are clean. The hotel caters for a mixture of nationalities and everyone was friendly enough. They did do some entertainment, the Spanish woman was fab however it was light entertainment, don’t expect to be blown away. Overall I would go there again and I would highly recommend.

You get what you pay for. Nothing wrong with this hotel. Rooms are lovely little apartments which are clean and comfortable. The pool is clean, lounger area is spacious and plentiful. Staff are lovely. Food is basic and rarely hot but you won't starve.

Well where do I start....myself and my husband came to Vista Oasis bungalows for a week 18th-25th October, and this is our last day here 😞 cannot fault thus place one bit! Apartments are very clean and spacious, full kitchen equipped with everything you need, never had a balcony so big, with stunning views of the sand dunes and sea. Pool and pool area clean and well maintained. We are all inclusive and it was well worth it. Drinks are strong! Food is well above 2* always something to eat, and it's plentiful. Staff fantastic and polite. Maritza the entertainment lady, goes above and beyond, free bingo and karaoke, and she makes everyone feel very welcome and gets you involved. Spar supermarket over the road, thats reasonably priced. We only left the complex once to go to playa del ingles for the day, as we just wanted a relaxing, laying buy the pool holiday, and thats exactly what we got. We are really sad to be leaving, but as soon as we get home I'm booking again for next year. Thankyou Vista Oasis for the perfect holiday!!

Despite some quite awful reviews we didn't experience anything like what those people were saying. We stayed all inclusive in a one bedroom apartment (number 10). The apartment was very clean and had a lovely spacious balcony overlooking the pool. Sadly it doesn't have aircon but there was a standing fan supplied in the room. The balcony had a table, chairs, parasol and two loungers as well as a drying rack. The food and drinks were all very acceptable, maybe a little repetitive but it was all very nice and perfectly adequate. It is a buffet style set up where you can have as little or as much as you want. You clear your own table at the end of your meal, nothing wrong with that! The drinks were all local, but they tasted the same as the named brand ones so no complaints there. The room was cleaned, new towels and beds remade at least twice in our week stay. The shower was okay, it ran cool quite quickly but in that heat it was quite welcome! They offer a free shuttle bus to Faro Maspalomas, which is a delight to visit. You must try the K1 restaurant on the seafront for the most excellent value for money meals and drinks, we went there at least 4 times! The taxi's were around 10 euros (with tip) to Playa Del Ingles and Maspalomas. To Faro Maspalomas it was about 6 euros. We took the free bus to Faro Maspalomas and then walked back to the bus station to catch a bus to Puerto Rico (5 euros for both), and then one to Puerto Mogan (just over 5 euros for both) - these are between 30 and 45 minutes journey respectively. We caught the boat back from Puerto Mogan to Puerto Rico (15 euros for both) which was amazing - highly recommend Puerto Mogan for the beautiful buildings, cafes, bars and the beach had the softest sand ever! The only downside to our weeks holiday was the last day. It was not advised that you have to be out of your room at 11am, and the all inclusive stops at 11am on the day of departure. Our flight wasn't until the evening and we were not being picked up by transfer until 5.30pm so that left us a bit in limbo...the hotel did store our luggage (in an unlocked room in the reception area) and they did offer to extend our room and all inclusive for another 50 euros but didn't seem worthwhile to us. Another point to note that the Easyjet website states 23 degrees in October...it was about 10 degrees out! It was so HOT!

The apartment is fine, for two people it has plenty of space, any more and I’d say you’re pushing it. We had a ground floor apartment, we had a nice patio and little stone garden, there’s a sunbed, 3 chairs and a table, we also had a recliner chair. Little rack in the wall to dry towels etc. Towels were changed 3 times a week, beds were changed once a week. We did have an issue with our shower tray, it had cracks in it that most days expressed the dirtiest water whilst you showered. (It literally looked like 💩) This is not in Maspalomas- this is Sonneland, which is a good walk away from anything central on the island. If you decide to stay here - go room only. We went all inclusive for 2 weeks, drinks start from 11am to 10:30pm. You can get water and juice from 8am to 10am during breakfast and then the door is locked so you don’t even have access to water. Lunch is cooked straight after breakfast, you can smell the oil and chips hours before, lunch is 1pm to 3pm and it’s pretty much all cold from the moment the door is open. I’m a picky eater so usually don’t judge food harshly in reviews, but the person I’m with usually gives everything a go and even they struggled. Dinner is 6:30pm to 8pm and it’s mostly what’s left over from lunch and is again mostly cold from the moment you can go in. There is 2 pools, one that is split into two by this concrete divider, even without the divider it’s pretty small, and a kids little pool. It was always clean, and we watched them clean it most mornings. We didn’t see much ‘sunbed wars’ whilst here, only a few people reserving beds. There was never a time that there wasn’t sun beds for people, but if everyone stayed here and didn’t go to the beach there would be a problem. Most of the bar staff were nice and friendly, some of them were pretty rude and definitely favoured the spanish guests, which you get. Never had an issue with reception staff, they were all helpful and spoke good English. The entertainment is 4 days a week, Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. A few hours in the day and a few hours in the night, it was bingo and karaoke mostly from what we seen but we didn’t stay for it. There’s a spar just up the road, and a Aldi about 5 minutes further. There’s 3 restaurants in walking distance, I recommend Love & Hate by the Aldi, burgers were absolutely fantastic, best bit of food we ate this whole holiday.
