Uma experiência sensacional do início ao fim. Desde a chegada, o atendimento conosco e com as crianças é impecável, a estrutura do hotel é incrivel, o quarto que ficamos impecável, limpeza 2x dia, mimos, recreação para crianças, serviço de quarto atencioso, café da manhã e chá da tarde incríveis. Aquecimento perfeito. Não posso elogiar um funcionário pois TODOS foram impecáveis conosco, certamente esse será nosso próximo local em Gramado. Ser hóspede e poder ir ao Mini Mundo sem custo também é muito atraente! O único ruim do hotel é ter que ir embora de lá!

Estadia impecável! O hotel é maravilhoso! Café da manhã e chá da tarde extraordinários, com opções deliciosas (doces e salgadas) para quem tem restrição à leite e ao glúten. Amei tudo, mas o ponto alto é o atendimento de todas as equipes, são impecáveis: super atenciosos, eficiente, bem-humorados, simpáticos, se desdobram para que a nossa experiência seja perfeita (gostaria de citar um por um dos coordenadores, mas ficaria um jornal).

O hotel superou nossas expectativas! Todos os funcionários foram muito atenciosos, desde o check-in até a saída. O apartamento em que ficamos era grande, super confortável para uma família de 4 pessoas, com 2 quartos separados, cozinha e banheiro com banheira. O café da manhã e o chá da tarde estavam deliciosos. Meus filhos adoraram a visita ao Mini Mundo, onde haviam estado quando eram muito pequenos, mas desta vez aproveitaram muito e se divertiram procurando personagens e pessoas reais nos cenários. Voltaremos com certeza ao hotel.

Atendimento impecável. Comida maravilhosa! Só deixa a desejar em espaço kids que funcione apos as 18h. Voltaria certamente em casal mas com crianças complicou pois chovia muito e nao tinha nada coberto no hotel para brincar, somente a casinha la fora que fechou as 18h hehe

O hotel é maravilhoso. Receptivos desde a chegada. Fazem o possível para nos sentirmos bem o tempo todo, sempre muito solícitos. Tem uma área ótima para as crianças, com presença de monitoras, meu filho adorou. Os quartos bem limpos, com cuidados de boas vindas e boa-noite.
