Lugar extremamente elegante, ótimo para a família e para casais. Atendimento de excelente, café da manhã espetacular e que vista. Serviço de quarto impecável, localização muito boa pois fica há apenas 2km do centro de Gramado. Voltarei mais vezes.

Hotel simplesmente fantástico. Atendimento ótimo, funcionários educados. O diferencial é o café da manhã e as piscinas aquecidas com vista espetacular. O quarto do hotel é espaçoso e bastante confortável. Possui lounges, sala de jogos, academia, espaço para crianças. Não dá para ir a pé para o centro e o estacionamento custa 40 reais (bem caro). A academia é pequena. Mas eu recomendo e com certeza voltarei.

Simplesmente incrível! O Hotel é lindíssimo, muito calmo, tranquilo e extremamente silencioso! Tudo muito organizado e limpo! No check in fui recepcionada com espumante geladinha e muito bem atendida pela equipe da recepção, achei um encanto chegar no quarto e ter sobre a mesa uma cartinha de boas vindas e docinhos confeccionados pela própria confeitaria do Hotel. Serviço de concierge incomparável. À noite eles acendem os tachos da área externa e nos oferecem marshmallows com gravetos para assar, achei sensacional. Piscina e jacuzzi aquecida, podendo usar 24horas. A decoração de Natal é uma atração à parte! Café da manhã impecável, tudo maravilhoso. Me senti muito acolhida e bem cuidada por toda a equipe do Hotel, certamente me hospedarei novamente.
