Pousada com excelente localização, funcionários super atenciosos e educados, organização e limpeza nota 10. Cama boa e com cobertas suficiente, chuveiro bem quentinho, microondas e frigobar dentro do quarto. Eu e minha família adoramos nossa estadia na Pousada Stillo.

Hotel muito velho, torneira da pia quebrou, ducha higiênica quebrou, ar condicionado quebrado, disjuntor cai durante o banho e te deixa embaixo de água gelada aos 6 graus. Não tem elevador, precisamos subir 6 lances de escadas com malas e pertences sem ajuda. Cortina do quarto não tem blackout e a porta é de vidro. Não tem aquecedor no banheiro e o chuveiro é elétrico. Isso aconteceu em 3 noites e 2 dias de estada. Funcionários muito gentis e educados mas eu não voltaria e não indico.

Tudo simplesmente perfeito e maravilhoso! Além da localização ser excelente (no coração de Gramado), os funcionários são ótimos e a acomodação superou nossas expectativas. Tudo hiper limpo e organizado. Cafe da manhã incrível também. Simplesmente adoramos e iremos retornar, com toda certeza!
