Bom local para passeio em família.
Foi uma boa estadia ,o local oferece um excelente ambiente familiar com algumas alternativas para as crianças ,oque e ótimo( ressalva eram os equipamentos do fliper que estavam na maioria avariados ,com alguma deficiência.).

Hotel ok. Só vale hospedagem pela estrutura da piscina e da recreação kids.
Alimentação é muito abaixo do oferecido em outros hotéis de Gramado. Café da manhã com poucas opções (sem falar para quem tem restrição ao glúten q aí a opção oferecida são duas fatias de pão). No regime de meia pensão ou pensão completa o sistema é no buffet que além de ter poucas opções (não tinha opção de carne branca acredita!?) a comida é ruim. Feijão era uma água e não tinha tempero nenhum. Tudo sem gosto

Ótima experiência em família, nossa segunda vez em Gramado e segunda vez nos Hotéis da rede Laghetto! Experiência excepcional, 10 a toda a equipe, desde os atendentes da recepção, ao serviço de limpeza,as camareiras, os atendentes de café, uma avaliação e elogio ao garcon Lenon, ele nos atendeu perfeitamente, muito cordial e solicito! Voltaremos com certeza. Unica ressalva é para os profissionais da divulgação das multipropriedades Laghetto, a todo tempo nos abordando dentro do hotel,na saída do café da manhã, abordaram meu filho de 6 anos várias vezes falando de passeios, isso é muito inoportuno e chato.Poderiam rever esses várias abordagens. Mas no mais a cidade é maravilhosa e o hotel é incrível!Gratidão a todos os colaboradores do Hotel Laghetto Gramado

Estivemos visitando o resort em família, eu minha esposa, meus dois filhos e minha sogra. Na recepção fomos atendidos com agilidade, o hotel contava com manobrista e mensageiro que levou as malas até o quarto. O quarto muito amplo, acomodou todo mundo com conforto. A unidade estava bem limpa e com a manutenção em dia. Utilizamos a piscina, o restaurante e a área de recreação com monitoras. Elas eram muito cuidadosas com as crianças. Gostamos de nossa experiência e voltaremos ao resort.

Passamos o aniversário da minha filha no resort e fizeram uma surpresa no quarto e um bolo com parabéns no café da manhã. Fechamos meia pensão com comida farta e diversificada. Resort confortável, limpo, funcionários educadíssimos, além de muito lindo e aconchegante. Apartamentos enormes, com quarto separado com smart TV e uma sala com sofá cama, bancada e mesa de refeição, pia, micro-ondas, frigobar e uma smart TV. Banheiro com pia externa. Acomoda muito bem 4 pessoas. Área de lazer completa, Piscina externa com vista maravilhosa, além da piscina coberta e das jacuzzis, todas aquecidas. Nossa segunda hospedagem e percebemos melhorias, na alimentação e no atendimento ao hospede!

Nós passamos o mês de julho no goldem e foi muito bem recebido , a única coisa que temos em questionar é a internet que péssima e academia com muitos aparelhos não funcionava . Mas em destaque a camareira Aline que fez um linda surpresa para meus filhos que estavam fazendo aniversário foi muito legal e encheu coração de amor
