Minha hospedagem no Bangalôs foi perfeita. Funcionários super educados e prestativos, limpeza do quarto impecável, café da manhã com muita variedade e tudo muito gostoso. Se eu voltar a Gramado, certamente me hospedarei novamente no Bangalôs da Serra.

Já havíamos estado no Bangalôs em várias oportunidades . Hotel muito bom, todavia , dessa vez faltou opção de Cardápio noturno ou mesmo para todo dia caso o hóspede não queira sair do conforto do hotel. Também gostaria de sugerir deixarem uma sombrinha grande para ser usada em dia de chuva …

Que lugar lindo com muito aconchego e tranquilidade, cama boa, chuveiro bem quentinho pois estava bem frio nessa época do ano em Julho, gostei demais, tem até aquecedor no banheiro e tbm no quarto, e o café da manhã é sensacional, recomendo ir em casal e família.

Gente, que experiência maravilhosa!! Eu e meu esposo saímos de lá marcando a próxima data pra voltar hahaha Seremos eternamente gratos por terem feito da nossa lua de mel um momento mágico e inesquecível, com direito a bilhetinho de boas vindas no quarto ❤️✨ O carinho em cada detalhe, o upgrade no quarto tão especial, tudo lindo e bem cuidado... O café da manhã estava impecável todos os dias, sempre com uma opção diferente de torta ou pão, e muita variedade... que delícia!! Todo o verde que cerca o local é bem cuidado, a paz da fazendinha é surreal, a sala de jogos (amamos xadrez e sinuca), a variedade de pássaros que vimos… tudo nos tocou profundamente. Os quartos bem limpinhos, travesseiros e cama beeem confortáveis, a toalha super cheirosa e os funcionários são muito simpáticos e atenciosos! Parabéns a todos que cuidam do local e dos hóspedes com tanto carinho! Foi mais do que uma hospedagem — foi uma experiência que ficará pra sempre na nossa memória e no nosso coração 🥹❤️

Hotel maravilhoso, com café da manhã excelente, e a vista é muito linda. Estilo hotel fazenda, com lindo gramado, e tem ovelhas, pôneis e coelhos. A cama é muito confortável, com toalhas brancas e muito cheirosas, e o quarto é muito aconchegante. Na minha opinião o melhor hotel de Gramado. O atendimento dos funcionários é excelente.
