O hotel tem um ótimo atendimento, a funcionária Ana sempre disponível para ajudar . Quando vou a Gramado sempre me hospedo em hotéis da rede casa hotéis, mas prefiro o pétit casa da montanha pelo atendimento personalizado.

os pets sao MUITO bem vindo os quartos tem aquecedor bem quentinho e os mimos sao muito generosos. com pantufas e roupao no quarto. tinha ate claraboia no quarto dava pra ver a lua da cama.. lindo o cafe da manha muuito atencioso e completo tambem👍👍👍

Hotel excelente, equipe SUPER atenciosa e prestativa. Café da manhã SENSACIONAL e quarto bem espaçoso. Ótima localização e valor justo pelo estacionamento. Todos os quartos são no segundo andar e o hotel não tem elevador, então sem acessibilidade - mas OK, descrito em sua página. Senti falta de um espaço "comum", fora do quarto, para sentar e usar computador, por exemplo. Existe o restaurante do hotel, mas fecha as 16h e nenhum hóspede pode permanecer. Mas o principal problema é que na descrição do hotel é AFIRMADO que hotel possui piscina coberta e brinquedoteca (duas coisas que fiz questão na hora de escolher meu hotel, pois viajei com uma bebê de 1 ano e meio), porém o hotel NÃO TEM nenhum dos dois serviços. Esse serviços são oferecidos sem custo, porém no hotel Casa da Montanha (mesma rede), que fica a 10-15 min caminhando. Falta TRANSPARÊNCIA na descrição do anúncio: "não tem, mas é oferecido como cortesia na unidade próxima"- simples, justo e honesto.

O Hotel é maravilhoso!!! Café da manhã espetacular, excelentes acomodações, mas o melhor do hotel sem dúvida são os funcionários. Sempre atenciosos, cordiais, educados, enfim nota 1000. Nosso agradecimento especial a Ana da recepção, que foi a melhor recepcionista que já conhecemos, a camareira Rosa ( não tenho certeza se é este o nome) e Moana ( carinhosamente chamada assim por nossa família) que cuidou da nossa alimentação. Vocês são fantásticos.

O hotel é excelente, desde o quarto até o atendimento impecável dos colaboradores. Ana que nós atendeu é de estrema educação é super atenciosa. Quartos estão sempre limpos e os funcionários são todos muitos simpáticos . Ponto alto pra mim foi o café da manhã. Como sou celíaca acaba sendo restrito mas eles tinham muitas variedades de pães e o brownie é incrível !
