A satisfação com o hotel iniciou já na reserva, em que cometi um erro com relação as datas. Quando percebemos, o hotel se mostrou acolhedor e motivado a resolver meu problema, o que rapidamente fizeram. O hotel encanta em sua beleza, decoração e limpeza impecável. Não há o que falar com relação ao serviço, também maravilhoso. As toalhas de banho são excelentes, lençóis e travesseiros de excelente qualidade. A cama muito confortável. Ficamos no quarto temático, lindíssimo. O chuveiro também excelente. As louças clássicas, lindíssimas! A calefação funciona como nunca tinha visto em outro local. O café da manhã é incrível, assim como o chá da tarde. A noite deixam no quarto um “chá de boa noite”, com um docinho surpresa, de muito bom gosto e delicadeza. Jantamos um dia no hotel, estava delicioso. Amamos, indicamos e voltaremos.

Avaliamos como tudo ótimo no formulário, mas gostaríamos de fazer algumas observações aqui: Sobre o ambiente tudo perfeito, amamos a decoração, o ambiente intimista e mais reservado. Sobre a localização, a vista é linda para o lago, tudo estava bem limpo tbm nas dependências do hotel e no nosso quarto. Sobre a gastronomia tbm amamos, foi tudo bem preparado e bem gostoso. Agora gostaria de fazer uma observação quanto ao atendimento: Gramado tem o atendimento como um dos pontos fortes e diferenciais, já ficamos em muitos hotéis como exemplo o Valle D’incanto, achamos que pela experiência do hotel o atendimento não foi excelente, diria que deixou a desejar em alguns momentos, sentimos que os funcionários não são muito simpáticos, não tem interação com os hóspedes, quando andávamos pelas dependências do hotel (salão do café da manhã, recepção) nós que cumprimentávamos os funcionários. Achei um pouco frio e distante do que estamos acostumados, tiverem outros momentos tbm que precisam de mais atenção mas enfim é sobre o atendimento, não fomos destratados mas sentimos que faltou! No geral amamos a experiência e recomendamos!

Excelente, tranquilo, atendimento excelente! Café da manhã ótimo, atendimento praticamente individualizado. Se você deseja um lugar tranquilo, paisagem linda, ambiente acolhedor, este hotel é o lugar. Na verdade o nome estalagem está bem adequado. Adoramos.
