O hotel lagheto foi uma experiência agradável.
A recepção foi excelente no atendimento e cordialidade. Café da manhã farto. A vista e a localização é espetacular.
Pontos negativos.: estacionamento pago R$35,00
Os quartos e o banheiro são pequenos. Fiquei numa suíte luxo com cama de casal e uma de solteiro. Três pessoas não conseguem transitar no quarto sem uma estar deitada.
Fui convidada para conhecer com meus filhos uma das suítes temáticas e observei muitos pontos negativos e extremamente perigosos.
As piscinas são revestidas com azulejos lisos um alerta, eu entrei com todo cuidado porque vi a placa e mesmo assim cai e machuquei o quadril. Precisa substituir urgente o revestimento das piscinas.
Ou indicar usar meias antiderrapantes.

Tivemos uma ótima estadia, funcionários atencioso,boa comida e tudo limpo e confortável. Ótimo para família. Só uma sugestão, poderia ter uma chaleira nos quartos com chá,pois a cidade possui uma gastronomia muito vasta e seria ótimo ter essa comodidade.

Hotel bem localizado, com quartos funcionais e confortáveis, limpeza impecável, café da manhã variado e muito saboroso. As crianças aproveitaram muito a piscina aquecida! Como temos três filhos, nem todos hotéis têm quartos que atendem às nossas necessidades. Lá, ficamos em dois quartos ligados por uma porta interna, bem prático. Todos os funcionários foram muito gentis e solícitos. Aproveito para agradecer ao senhor Marcelo, da recepção, que além de sempre muito gentil, recolheu e guardou a bagagem que esquecemos na frente do hotel.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, está no coração de Gramado, em frente à Pizzaria Hector. Além disso, é muito confortável. Tudo funcionando. O restaurante inclusive serve refeições (pagas à parte) até à noite seja no próprio restaurante ou no quarto. Chuveiro elétrico funciona muito bem, a cama é muito confortável, funcionários que atendem muito bem, um café da manhã bem servido. Enfim, ansiosa para voltar a Gramado e ao Laghetto.

O quarto é grande, com dois ambientes e uma decoração de bom gosto. O banheiro é tipo americano com o chuveiro dentro da banheira em uma posição muito baixa. Para tomar banho tem que ser abaixado. O isolamento acústico não é bom, sendo incomodado pelo barulho das mesas do restaurante. No quarto 402 preocuparam com a decoração e esqueceram da funcionalidade: quarto sem armário e sem espelho, somente um pequeno no banheiro que vê somente o rosto. O estacionamento é pago e bem caro. A localização do hotel é muito boa; No café da manhã os funcionários da Laghetto ficam te abordando para vender cotas, o que é bem chato. Muitas vezes com uma abordagem fora da realidade. Não ficaria nesse hotel novamente.
