O hotel é muito bem localizado, próximo a região central, funcionários muito atenciosos, porém claramente falta manutenção há muito tempo.
Estive no hotel em 2019 e retornei agora em 2025, e praticamente todas as áreas estão bem degradadas.
Até mesmo o espaço Kids, maior atrativo para famílias com crianças, está com brinquedos sem manutenção e com grande cheiro de mofo.
