Devido aos desastres naturais precisamos cancelar a estadia por conta das estradas fechadas, o hotel nao compreendeu a situacao e manteve a estadia mesmo com o pedido de cancelamento antecipado.
Ficamos 3 dias para conseguir respostas, porque eles apenas respondiam que precisavam de mais tempo. No dia da estadia, em torno de 4h apos o horario em que seria realizado o check in eles enviaram um email dizendo que manteriam a reserva porque nao aceitavam cancelamentos. Isto sendo que o prazo deles para isto e 24h.
Sinceramente, estou decepcionada com a falta de consideracao com o cliente e consciencia social, as estradas desmorronando por conta das chuvas e, o hotel, negando o cancelamento da reserva feita com 3 dias de antecedencia. O atendimento advindo do hotel e pessimo. Nao recomendo. Se tu nao quiser se incomodar se quer faca a reserva.
Alias, agradeco que enviaram a avaliacao, sendo que nem estivemos la, para ter a oportunidade de deixar as pessoas cientes de como realmente funcionam as coisas neste hotel.

Excelente atendimento, café da manhã de qualidade com variedade. Áreas comuns organizadas e limpas. Quarto do prédio antigo pequeno, frigobar não gela bem, ar só funcionava ventilação.

Minha noite no Galo Vermelho
Ficamos somente uma noite. O que deu para notar é que, apesar ser um hotel mais antigo, as instalações fora do quarto são bem aconchegantes. O pessoal da portaria é impecável, o café da manhã é bom. Entretanto, não pude deixar de notar as fechaduras antigas dos quartos. O quarto em si, não é muito acolhedor, mas a cama até estava confortável (aqui fico na dúvida se continuaria dormindo bem, se ficasse mais algumas noites). O banheiro deixou a desejar em termos modernidade. Achei que o preço da diária poderia ser um pouco mais baixo, em função da falta de oferta por um quarto mais moderno e funcional. Estacionamento no pátio do hotel, sem cobertura. Não sei se tinha coberto.

Uma comodidade que fez falta na estadia.
Acho que, por estar localizado numa cidade turística e com clima frio, deveria haver um bar no hotel com vinho, bebidas quentes. Há uma lareira no hotel, mas falta essa comodidade para tornar o ambiente mais aconchegante. É mais uma opção para viabilizar a interação entre os hóspedes, ainda mais que, Gramado e a Serra Gaúcha tem as melhores vinícolas do país.
