Hotel central em Gramado, muito aconchegante e confortável. Ambientes sempre perfumados e atendimento super atencioso. Quartos de bom tamanho e com muitas amenidades, frigobar cortesia. Estacionamento com manobrista com custo de R$ 50,00/pernoite cobrado à parte. Café da manhã maravilhoso, super variado e gostoso com vários pratos pedidos a lá carte. Restaurante excelente. Atendimento esmerado de toda a equipe, muito simpáticos e queridos, especialmente a Tamilly e o Eduardo. Retornarei com certeza ao Wood.

Hotel atendeu todas minhas expectativas com atendimento excelente desde o café da manhã com Bruno e Tamili até o famoso ritual do sono com a Taís e Lenita, simplesmente amei minha experiência e voltarei e esses funcionários como os demais foram essências para essa experiência assim como os demais e principalmente do restaurante Mateus e André... Localização excelente, muito próximo da "Rua Coberta" de Gramado. Atendimento perfeito e ambiente aconchegante e sofisticado. Hotel possui restaurante próprio com chef de cozinha renomado. Café da manhã excelente. Por pertencer à mesma rede, permite utilizar estrutura do Hotel Casa da Montanha, que fica bem próximo.
