Fui com alguns amigos para Gramado, e ter se hospedado no eleganz foi uma maravilha. Quartos limpos, banheiro bem higienizado. Café da manhã com bastante variedade, sou celíaco e com alguns restrições, mas mesmo assim fizeram algo para mim. Recebemos muitas dicas dos recepcionistas do que fazer na cidade. Fica bem no centro onde te possibilita fazer tudo a pé, sem a necessidade de carro.

Lugar incrivelmente maravilhoso, bem localizado, próximo ao centro, fui a pé, local bem seguro, mercadinho do lado, gente, o café é como está nas fotos mesmo, perfeito, recepção incrível e atenciosa, só tenho elogios e voltarei com certeza, seguindo a recomendação/dica da recepção dos melhores períodos de turismo na cidade, hahaha…

Simplesmente incrível! Estive no estabelecimento como meu último destino de um mochilão por 8 Estados, então tenho completa certeza que o Eleganz é o n° 1! Localização perfeita, acomodação confortável, funcionários comprometidos (alô, Marlon!) e o café da manhã... nossa, sem dúvidas o melhor! Meu conselho é que vc apenas vá e aproveite cada minuto, pois vai sentir falta pelo resto da sua vida!

Viajei sozinho! Estive hospedado por 4 dias e minha experiência foi excelente do início ao fim. A localização do hotel é simplesmente perfeita: perto de pontos turísticos, restaurantes e com fácil acesso a tudo, pertinho do centro. A limpeza dos quartos e das áreas comuns estava impecável. Gostaria de agradecer especialmente ao gerente Marlon, que foi super atencioso e profissional.

Café da manhã fantástico e boa localização
A energia do hostel é até boa. A localização é excelente. A cama com cortina e tomada tbm são bons pontos. O café da manhã é FANTÁSTICO.
Os pontos negativos vão para o banheiro compartilhado e a qualidade da cama em si. Minha cama fazia muito barulho, o que era péssimo até para as demais pessoas dentro do quarto. O banheiro compartilhado é péssimo pela falta de privacidade e falta de uma higiene melhor. Não existem cabines individuais, é como um banheiro de shopping e as portas dos chuveiros estavam todas com defeito e não fechavam direito. A parede dos chuveiros estavam nojentas de lodo, encostei sem querer para me apoiar e estava escorregadia até.

Incrivel experiencia
A experiencia no Hostel Eleganz é sepre espetacular, ou a Gramado com uma certa frquencia e sempre fico no mesmo hostel, já virou minha egunda casa rs .... A equipe é maravilhosa, café da manhã execelente e limpeza tbm. Super recomendo para todos que vão a cidade.
