Excelente , em princípio, sem ressalvas ! Café da manhã completo , excelente atendimento! Estrutura do hotel muito bonita! Apenas faço uma consideração pessoal, quanto à piscina térmica. Eu pessoalmente escolhi o hotel , contando com a piscina térmica. Estando indisponível o aquecimento para os hospedes em alguns dias , tal circunstância deve ser de conhecimento no momento da reserva , pois com o tempo chuvoso , é uma alternativa de lazer ! De resto , impecável!

A estrutura do hotel é maravilhosa, os funcionários são espetaculares (Jeferson, gente de primeira qualidade, Stanley, a camareira Leide dispensa comentários, ela deixa o quarto maravilhoso. Porém a única coisa que deixa a desejar é o café da manhã, muito repetitivo e a variedade bem pequena em relação ao hotel que é top.

Todos os ambientes, especialmente os quartos, são bastante confortáveis, limpos, organizados e acolhedores. A localização do hotel é ótima e, para tornar melhor, os funcionários são todos bem cordiais, prestativos e simpáticos. Quando me refiro aos funcionários, são todos. Excelentes funcionários, Stanley, kenio, Jeferson, toda a equipe de garçom e garçonete, não me lembro o nome de todos, mas todos foram excelentes, o pessoal da Recepção e da limpeza, o hotel está de parabéns com toda sua equipe. O café da manhã é maravilhoso, a piscina, as salas de espera adorei que tem até cadeira de massagem!!!
