Foi tudo maravilhoso,o café da manhã com bastante variedade e muito saboroso ,meu filho amou a experiência no ateliê,a piscina a área kids,o apartamento estava limpinho tudo em perfeito funcionamento...foi tudo maravilhoso!!! Com certeza voltaremos!!!

Não vale o preço. Hotel novo, mas com muitos detalhes para manutenção. Mofo nas paredes, pinturas mal feitas, papel de parede mal colocado. Deixa a impressão de que fizeram tudo correndo. Quartos temáticos sem graça. O nosso era virado para um pátio que estava com madeiras jogadas ao chão, uma sujeira. Carpete dos corredores parecem sujos com cheiro ruim. Hotel 2 a 3 estrelas, não mais que isso.! Ficamos um dia e agradeço por não ter fechado mais dias. Funcionários ok, mas não muito prestativos. Sem Agilidade! Recreação para criança muito fraca. Sala de brinquedos com tudo quebrado, jogos que nem peças tinham. Não recomendo e não voltarei!

O hotel é encantador, muito aconchegante. Possui piscina aquecida e coberta e atividades dentro do hotel. A limpeza e o atendimento impecáveis e o café da manhã é muito bom. Acompanham a experiência do cliente, desde o "pré" check-in até o pós vendas.

O Hotel é muito bonito, aconchegante. Já vim uma vez e essa é a segunda estadia em Gramado no mesmo hotel. Mas em particular que gostei, é essa piscina aquecida e hidro. Muito boa. Já paguei o dobro da estadia daqui em outro hotel e não entregava tudo isso.
