Alles in allem war es ein schöner Kurzurlaub!
Leider war der Whirlpool defekt und zum Abendessen gab es keine wirkliche Auswahl, aber vielleicht ist es ja auch jammern auf hohem Niveau 😉

Wir waren zum 4. Mal hier und haben uns wieder sehr wohlgefühlt. Sehr herzlicher Empfang durch eine neue Mitarbeiterin, das Zimmer wie immer sehr sauber und mit tollem Blick vom Balkon aus auf die Zugspitze, bequeme Betten und Sitzecke. Das im Arrangement enthaltene Viergang-Menü war etwas für Augen und Gaumen, wir durften als Vorspeise Vichysoisse-Mousse mit Räucheraal, Olive und Parmesan genießen, dann eine köstliche Flusskrebs-Crèmesuppe mit Maronen, als Hauptgang ein perfekt gebratenes Rib Eye Steak mit Kartoffelgratin, Bohnen-Panache und Sauce Bearnaise, als Nachtisch gab es Schokoladen-Ganache mit Banane und Estragon. Excellent und sehr kreativ und super Service durch Deniz! Zum Glück war für den 2. Abend auch noch ein Platz im Restaurant frei und wir wurden wieder verwöhnt, diesmal gab es einen Bergkäse-Flan mit Feige und Haselnuss, eine Blumenkohlsuppe mit Vadouvan, superleckere Poularde mit Graupen und Karotten und ein Schokoladen-Fondant mit Mandarine und Sorbet. Das Frühstück begeistert mit großer Auswahl und vor allem den tollen Eierspeisen, die man von der Karte bestellen kann - genial. Danke an alle für den wiederum tollen Aufenthalt - wir kommen gerne wieder und freuen uns schon sehr darauf!
