We really liked the stay, the service and the facilities. The hotel ensemble consists of 2 country houses and 1 lake house, which is located directly on the beautiful Badersee. We had a room in the country house with a view of the Zugspitze. The breakfast had a nice selection of various spreads, cheese, eggs, muesli and pastries. A rotating selection would have been nice, but still perfectly adequate. Dinner is served as a buffet by the restaurant "Werdenfels" and we liked it very much. Around the hotel there are many opportunities for outdoor activities such as hiking, boat tours (in summer), taking the cable car to the Zugspitze and skiing there. With a hotel ticket you can travel to the Eibsee or to the neighboring towns of Garmisch-Partenkirchen for free. There is an internal wellness area with the possibility of massages. I had the quick relaxation massage and was deeply relaxed afterwards! The staff was very attentive and accommodating. We can only recommend the hotel and would come again.
