The accommodation is very old. Some areas in this room was maintained.
Not the cleanest.
Cockroaches in kitchen cupboards
Doesn’t get aired very often. Had the old smell and musty.
Not worth the price for what was provided
The so called spa bath. Does not work at all. In description and I’m sure it’s what adds to price stipulated spa bath
Heating doesn’t work all through rooms
Beds not very comfortable
The taps and water in shower very dangerous.
No notification. The hot tap works until you slightly put cold on then it cuts out. You have to play with it for ages to get it to work.
My mother who’s 85 near burnt herself.
Wouldn’t choose this again
Maybe a different room on premise but definitely not the little house
Very disappointed in this compared to previous reviews and pictures.

Close to shops and cafe , receptionist very friendly and recommend the places to visit and advised the directions and location. close to all attractions . Would recommend to others

The motel is small and busy. It is quiet at night. There must be a swimming pool because there is a key on the keychain.

This was my first stay at the Fitzroy motel. On arrival was greeted at reception by friendly staff. The room didn't disappoint either, it was clean, comfortable & quiet all that I needed for my one night stay. The motel was also conveniently located close to the main shopping centre and also to where I was attending a function. Will definitely stay at the Fitzroy again when visiting Grafton.
