Thank you for a very good stay on Saturday evening 4 January 2025. We stayed in Room 4. We could not have been more impressed. The room was spotless and provided every facility for us 2 tired travellers. By the way our bed was very comfy and the shower pressure was excellent. The entrance system for late arrivals was simple and easy to use and our invoice was sent to my Email address promptly. All in all the accommodation was excellent at so good rates. Keep up your great work and we have already recommended you to some of our friends. We will certainly return.

Very goog stopover
Nice big room and clean pool. Perfect for a Grafton visit or stopover. Only negative was the pillows were too big and hard.

Easy walking access to the river walk, shopping, restaurants. The motel is older so not to expect modern decor, but clean large, comfortable room. Comfortable bed. Smallish bathroom, but you don't live in a bathroom. A good choice for accommodation in a beautiful town.

I thought it was the best stay I have had in years. Felt like home. Friendly staff, clean, comfortable, super convenient. Comfortable bed. Then there was the shower, no ‘water saver’, can’t get wet here. It was just the best.
Only problem I had was that I had to leave the next day.
I’ll be baaack!

The Civic Motel is located in a Convenient CBD location. The rooms were pleasant & clean. The bathroom was good and the shower had good pressure. The reception Staff were friendly. The motel doesn’t have a lot of rooms so it was a fair bit quieter than some of the motels we had recently stayed in! If you have had a long day on the road, the Jacaranda Hotel is close and although looks a bit strange it had nice meals and Staff

The staff were really nice and obliging but the motel is out dated. It was as clean as you could possibly get an aged room. The heating was nice but far too loud. The pipes every time someone flushed the loo or had a shower were just as loud. The bed wasn't comfortable at all. For the price, I think there would be better options elsewhere.
