Abbiamo pernottato due notti in questa struttura posizionata nel centro di Grado e l'esperienza è stata molto positiva. Personale estremamente gentile e disponibile, la camera perfetta sia come dotazioni che come pulizia. Ottima la colazione sia salata che dolce. La struttura è sicuramente da suggerire per una vacanza nella bella Grado. Infine, tenuto conto del periodo in cui abbiamo soggiornato, molto buono il rapporto qualità prezzo.

Leider alles geschlossen: Restaurant zu, kein Pool u. d. Café ebenso, keine Bar abends, keine Sauna, nur im Nebenhotel f. 80.-/P. u. 2Std. / Tiefgarage extra 20.-/Tag. Schlechter Service u. keine Kompromisse möglich. Nicht mal e. Bettdecke war vorhanden; keine Minibar in d. Suite….f. mich e. Abzocke.

Zimmerservice und Rezeption gut,
Service am Pool könnte etwas netter sein.
Dusche im Zimmer wär mal dringend zu renovieren.

Great choice
The location is superb, the view was gorgeous from the room and even better from the pool.
The room was clean and comfortable.
Breakfast is also nice and plenty of variety.
Overall a remodel would do magic, but we were happy.

Ottimo hotel nella camera con vista sul mare. Personale gentile e professionale. Ottima la colazione sia dolce che salata. Un consiglio: considerando che si paga per l’animale domestico sarebbe opportuno migliorare il servizio colazione per chi è accompagnato dal amico cane🙏🙏🙏

Hotel in centro e vicino al mare. Camera al sesto piano con bel terrazzo, peccato che la temperatura interna fosse veramente troppo calda. Il bagno nuovo ma senza areazione emanava un forte odore di fogna. La colazione discreta. Il personale gentile ma non particolarmente preparato sui consigli su Grado

Vielen Dank für Ihre Mühen, die uns den Aufenthalt (28.10. Bus 31.10.2024) so angenehm gemacht haben. Selbst in schwierigen Situationen hat Frau Francesca Ancora hoch professionell und kompetent reagiert und unseren Urlaub zu einem schönen Erleben werden lassen. Außerdem war alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig. Sehr zu empfehlen - vor allem die obersten Stockwerke.

Ser netter Empfang, sofort ein Upgrade auf ein größeres Zimmer erhalten. Das gesamte Personal sehr freundlich, die Zimmer und das gesamte Hotel sehr sauber. Das Zimmer sehr geräumig, der Ausblick von der Dachterasse ein Traum. Das Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut und eine große Auswahl. Fahrräder kann man sich kostenlos oder günstig ausleihen. Ein toller Kurzurlaub in Grado, wir kommen wieder.
