We spent a lovely family holiday at Laguna Palace. The hotel is clean and well located – just a short walk from a beautiful, wide, well-maintained beach with shallow, clear water. It was perfect for both kids and adults who enjoy peaceful seaside moments. Our room was spacious and tidy, with a large balcony and a sea view. We had half-board and were very pleased with the food. Breakfasts were fresh and varied, and dinners were beautifully presented and delicious. One small suggestion would be to include more kid-friendly options on the dinner menu. The desserts were especially tasty – both classic and creative. The service was professional, and everything ran smoothly. The staff was polite and helpful throughout our stay. We also enjoyed evening walks in the town – Grado has a charming, relaxed atmosphere, lovely little streets, and plenty of restaurants. Perfect for an evening stroll after dinner. All in all, we had a wonderful time and would definitely return. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Wir waren zu dritt in einer Suite (Opa, Oma, Enkelin) - genial viel Platz - super klimatisiertes Zimmer und mega großer Balkon. Die Mitarbeiterinnen überall sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen und das Zimmer war manchmal schon nach dem Frühstück gemacht - Super. Das einzige was schade ist, dass das Restaurant im 6.OG nicht mehr in Betrieb ist. Im jetzigen Restaurant im EG waren wir abends nicht - können wir daher nicht beurteilen. Uns hat auch die Buchung der Strandliegen/Schirm gut gefallen - geht einfach an der Rezeption und ist preislich in Ordnung. Danke für alles - wir kommen sicher wieder.

Pulizia, colazioni e cene al top. Tutto il personale, sia di sala ed accoglienza, molto preparato e gentile. Che dire d'altro. Esperienza da provare. Solo un' appunto: purtroppo non c'è un'edicola ed un bar in prossimità dello stabilimento balneare (solo quello caotico all'entrata della spiaggia). Ma forse questo non dipende da Voi.

Struttura molto accogliente, con ottima posizione rispetto al mare, dispone di convenzione con spiaggia privata, comoda raggiungere. Staff molto cordiale e disponibile, ottima anche la spa. le camere sono molto spaziose, ben arredate e confortevoli. Unico neo la temperatura (gelida !!!) all'interno della struttura e sopratutto nelle camere; siamo riusciti a mitigare la situazione dietro richiesta alla reception, e spesso lasciando aperte le porte-finestre. Nel complesso ottima esperienza.

The hotel staff is friendly, but they appear to be running around without competence. The breakfast was really nice. The room is fine. some sound absorption would be useful. the wall cooling is also good, but centrally managed. Would have cooled the room a bit more than 25 degrees myself. the spa can be very useful when the sea is not warm enough, but the opening times could be changed. the pool is open from 8am to 8pm only. Other than that, this is a great location, close to the old town, great view, very good value. we will be back i think :) thank you

We stayed in a family suite for four at Laguna Palace in Grado and couldn’t be happier. The rooms and beds were fresh and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and attentive. We felt it was great value for money. We especially appreciated being able to book sunbeds on the beach, having access to showers by the sea, and receiving beach towels. We loved the free refreshments at the lobby. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the beach. Overall, a wonderful stay with caring and thoughtful staff – highly recommended!
