Sfeervolle ambiance. Vriendelijke en zeer gastvrije eigenaren. Afwisselend aanbod tijdens het ontbijt. Goede uitvalbasis voor prachtige wandelingen! Inpandige wellness. Mooi terras, waar je in de winter in pods buiten kan zitten. Heerlijk eten! Gewoon top!

Früher top, heute Mittelklasse mit Luft nach oben. Seit Besitzerwechsel fehlt ein wenig die gute Seele im Hotel. Wir freuten uns auf die gute Küche, doch bei der Ankunft teilte man uns mit, dass das Restaurant geschlossen sei. Nur Halbpension. Was uns aber weder rechtzeitig mitgeteilt, noch angeboten wurde. Zweiter Dämpfer war das früher sehr schöne Dachgeschosszimmer. Inzwischen in die Jahre gekommen. Renovationsbedürftig. Zudem durch optisch zwar schöne Holzbalken recht anfällig für Kopf anstossen. Und es stank im Badezimmer. Als Immobilienbesitzer mit etlichen Mietwohnungen gingen wir dem Übel auf die Spur. Es war nicht fehlendes Lüften, sondern Syphon der Badewanne war ausgetrocknet. Wasser laufen lassen und Problem gelöst. Vorübergehend..... Alles in allem diesmal eher entäuschender Aufenthalt. Aber die Leute geben sich Mühe und wir hoffen, dass sie das Schiff wieder auf das frühere Niveau bringen.

I visited this hotel as an external consultant and feel a responsibility to share my experience as a warning to future guests. Upon arrival, it was immediately clear that the place lacked professionalism and genuine hospitality. There was only one guest staying at the entire hotel, and aside from the receptionist – who did their best to maintain some level of service – the staff appeared indifferent and disengaged, mostly sitting around focused on their phones. The breakfast buffet was extremely poor and far below what one should expect from a hotel aiming to attract guests. The entire atmosphere felt sloppy and unambitious. Most concerning is that the hotel appears to be used more as a private hangout spot by the owner and their acquaintances than as a functioning hospitality business. Since my visit, I’ve learned that the hotel is up for sale, which could indicate financial instability – something that should raise red flags for potential visitors. My advice: Avoid booking rooms through platforms that require prepayment, and be cautious. In its current state, this hotel feels like a sinking ship.

Hôtel très charmant. Le personnel de l’établissement très accueillant et souriant. Le repas du petit déjeuner ,du dîner et le services du restaurant de qualité. Un grand merci à l’hôtesse et Nadime pour leur conseil et échanges en français qui a était très utiles et bénéfique durant mon séjour.

Le personnel est très sympathique et disponible, autant à la réception qu'au restaurant. Aucun problème pour parler en français. La chambre premium était spacieuse, très propre, avec beaucoup d'espace de rangement, grand jacuzzi, machine à café Nespresso, bouteille d'eau, mot de bienvenue, balcon, lit confortable, silencieuse, etc. Le top ! Le restaurant sert des plats délicieux et le déjeuner est varié, avec des produits locaux et un grand choix d'aliments et de boissons. Le Spa est agréable. Par contre, seuls la salle de repos, douche, hammam et sauna sont en libre-service. Petite déception par rapport au service de Valet Parking car on nous indique dès l'arrivée qu'il faut confier ses clefs pour que la voiture soit prise en charge mais on ne parle pas de prix. Pour nous, le service a été de CHF 18.- pour 1 nuit. Mise à part ce petit manque de transparence, ça reste un 3 étoiles ++ et on le recommande vivement ! Merci encore pour l'accueil :)
