The Ritz-Carlton, Turks & Caicos

The location by the sea with beautiful surroundings is fantastic. The staff offers excellent, friendly, and professional service, particularly at the front desk. Spacious rooms are an added advantage.

This hotel staff at this place is hands down one of the best 5 star service we have received and we stay a ton of high end resorts!! We were only supposed to stay here for two nights and after checking into our new hotel that we were supposed to stay in for 6 nights, l decided to cancel the reservation and rebook at the Ritz. We all missed the beautiful resort and service at the Ritz and I have NEVER in my life cancelled a current reservations because a different hotel was so much nicer but it was the best decision ever! The staff was excited to see us again they surprised us by decorating our room with goodies to welcome us back for my birthday!!! I've been to the Bahamas, Aruba, St John, St Thomas and this is by far the more gorgeous hotel /beach island I've ever seen. A special SHOUT OUT to Wilnardo, Miyusha and O'Neil for making this the most beautiful memories I have shared yet to date :)

desde que llegamos fue excelente, en recepcion Jaime Pinto nos atendio super bien, la calidad de servicio que nos dio es mas del nivel esperado, todo el hotel es de primera los empleados fueron excelente , siempre tratamos de ir a diferentes lugares del mundo a conocer y en nuestros planes esta volver a venir con ustedes a esta maravillosa isla, la playa sencillmente perfecta Since we arrived it was excellent, at reception Jaime Pinto treated us super well, the quality of service he gave us is more than the expected level, the entire hotel is first class, the employees were excellent, we always try to go to different places in the world to see and our plans include coming back with you to this wonderful island, the beach is simply perfect.
